ProSource of Indianapolis

ProSource South . . . I will not be using this business again I would not recommend it to anyone. Long story and I am tired, literally, I'm dealing with them. I went into there showroom on November 19th and was told all the products should be in 2-3 weeks so was looking forward to having my home and life mostly back to normal just in time for Christmas. Just found out yesterday from my general contractor that ProSource told him my vanity top won't be in until January 8th. It is so easy to blame the holidays for the delays, but if this had been handled in a more timely fashion from the beginning, no one would have to make excuses. Disorder you already ruined my family's thanksgiving, but now it appears our Christmas in New Year will also be crap. Of course, I also appreciate David (NOT) returning my calls and so-called account manager Staci returning my email. Top of the line customer service, NOT !

I am an Interior Designer. I have worked with many clients on projects that required the extensive knowledge and vast selection that ProSource of Indianapolis provides. They are always helpful and friendly with me and my clients. We have worked together on small backsplash projects to full house renovations involving many different products including small decorative and large tiles, hardwood flooring, carpeting, and custom-made rugs. I'm truly grateful for their professionalism and wonderful resources.

Dave and his entire team have been wonderfull. My wife and I in all the times we have used them, have never once been disappointed. My wife works with them often due to her being a designer, I on the other hand have only been with them during the years on the two homes we have built. There selection is far greater than many of the showrooms and they are extremely knowledgable about all the products. I would for sure refer a friend. Rich Stuart

Pro Source is a great flooring company. Best customer service as well as pricing. They have an awesome showroom with a huge selection of all types of flooring

I've used ProScorce for several years for hardwood flooring, carpet and tile. The quality of their products and service has always been excellent . My sales representative is Erika, I would highly recommend her. She is always helpful and has great follow up skills.
