Ryan and team completed our back concrete patio last October (2022). While I should’ve written this review sooner, I feel waiting actually gives more credit. We’ve been able to enjoy our patio immensely and with all the rain / snow we’ve had this year have had no issues with drainage or cracking and the sloping went exactly as planned. Would absolutely use them again for any project we have!

Diehl Concrete recently completed the transformation of our ~350 foot long, ~7500 sq ft gravel driveway to concrete and we couldn't be happier with the result! After speaking with several concrete contractors, Ryan Diehl set himself apart from the rest from the start. He was by far the most knowledgeable in answering my questions and was very easy to deal with. He and his crew did a great job, worked extremely hard and were very professional. Ryan had some excellent suggestions regarding our project that worked out great. I wholeheartedly recommend Ryan and Diehl concrete for all of your concrete needs.

Diehl concrete was a pleasure to work with from my initial request for a quote on his website all the way through the completion of the project. My wife and I highly value communication from the contractors we work with and Diehl is second to none with prompt call backs and texts to answer any concerns we had. Diehl also was an immense help choosing the color and stamp to fit the patio space we had. Very noteworthy is that they were on time everyday and finished exactly when they said they would. The qualty of product (concrete, rebar) far surpassed any expectations I had and surpassed every quote i recieved (I got 5 quotes) and his pricing was very competitive . The owner operator said to me "I'll treat this patio as if it were going in on my property. " He did exactly that and more!

In an industry where clients are vast and many, it is easy to overlook customer service. When we started researching having our tattered deck replaced with a decorative concrete patio, we overlooked Deihl Concrete several times—the website was so nice and professional I couldn’t imagine his rates would be economic. So as we moved our search onward, we began calling companies and asking for very rough estimates over the phone (I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time with a house call if the price was astronomically over our budget). Most companies treated us as though we were foolish children expecting a “steal”. I’m an engineer, so I like to see the numbers (albeit rough) before I can even consider a project. With each call and each company in the Denver Metro Area, we were treated worse and worse. We thought we had the patio settled with Applewood Construction, but the owner became incredibly unprofessional when I inquired about design options—such as rounded corners and an added step. My husband called Ryan and he was more than happy to provide us with a rough estimate. His prices were good…..too good to be true it seemed. Ryan setup an appointment in short notice and came to our home to view the job. His rough estimate was darn near spot on, and he was more than happy to listen to our design preferences. Shortly after the consultation, he and his crew came to the house and setup the patio forms—we paid him in full that day albeit he only required a down payment at the time. He and his crew were fast and before he left, we had established a time frame to pour the patio. I was shocked—great prices, quality work, and efficiency! Ryan and his crew came one Saturday morning, poured and stamped our patio. My dog even got out—oops left the door open—and Ryan’s crew quickly fixed the claw marks. After it was all said and done, our neighbors stopped by and complimented on how gorgeous the patio was. I cannot stress enough how wonderful our experience with Deihl Concrete was! If you want great work, quality materials, and superb customer service, look no further. Don’t tolerate the poor service at other concrete companies; work with Ryan at Deihl Concrete.
