From a simple bathroom renovation to an entire remodel of your home, he and his team are very well suited to get your project done at the price you agree too and on time. Naturally there are things that come up when your taking on certain projects, Daniel will work with you and is very accommodating throughout the entire process. BAD EXPERIENCE, DECENT OUTCOME. I hired Dan Tanner for the renovation of my 1300 s/f Palm Beach condo and demo began on March 1, 2021. The very next day (3/2), Dan emailed me that his office manager did a “contract audit” and the “actual cost” was $12,000 (over 20%) more than before! Every time I asked about why he hadn’t done something, or had done it in an unacceptable way, he either became angry or asked for additional money. Example: the painting of the entire apartment was completed yet ZERO wall prep was done prior. Dan said minor sanding and skim coating the rough areas “was not included in the scope of work” and would cost extra. Also he did not change any of the old, dirty electrical outlets and just painted over them and replaced the cheap plastic outlet covers. He told me it would be double the contract price to install glass subway tile instead of ceramic (which I purchased) in the bathrooms. We hired our own tile installer (at half the price of his co tract price) who told me the brand new Durarock Dan installed was done improperly and needed to be leveled to accept any tile, even ceramic. My tile installer repaired all walls. The next problem was the custom vanities I purchased for the bathrooms. Although we had the cabinets on site when he began the job, (he even measured them for the permit plans), they did not fit over the existing plumbing. Rather than have his plumber move the pipe (which would cost him money), his ”solution” was to cut out the drawers from the floating cabinets and glue them closed permanently! I demanded he adjust the pipes as contracted. The cabinetry and electrified backlit mirrors in both bathrooms were installed incorrectly and needed to be removed and reinstalled TWICE, breaking a porcelain sink and a ballast. We had the existing tile floors removed throughout the apartment and replaced with wood laminate (I purchased). He did not prep and level the floors properly so certain areas needed to be removed and reinstalled for leveling. He ordered all incorrect interior doors which set us back weeks. They removed the existing Hunter Douglas blinds before painting and “lost” them. He insisted there were never blinds in the apartment when they started. I LITERALLY had to show him “before” photos to prove it before Dan reluctantly gave me a credit for their replacement, never admitting his mistake. His workers installed an under-mount sink as a drop-in necessitating the complete replacement and reinstallation of new quartz countertops. His electrician installed a 220v air conditioning outlet for a 100v microwave. His granite installer had to come back a third time so we could slide in the fridge he mismeasured even though Dan had all appliances (new) on site for reference. Notwithstanding his lack of aesthetic sense, he shows no pride in his work and doesn’t care if things are done properly. This project was nothing but heartache from start to finish and need my constant supervision.

We used Project and Property LLC for our Condo renovation which included removing the dining room wall to create a redesigned and more open kitchen concept. This also included adding a breakfast bar, installing new kitchen backsplash, countertops, sink, and appliances. The flooring throughout the entire unit was removed and replaced with tile. Electrical fixtures were replaced and switches updated. The entire apartment was also repainted. It was a pleasure to work with everyone on the team at Project and Property LLC. They have integrity, a great work ethic and worked along with us to ensure our vision became a reality. Their attention to detail and the fact that they stood by their work 100% was invaluable to us.

Did an absolutely fantastic job on remodeling our master bath, but much of our condo as well. They were respectful of building, covered all the flooring, careful of the hall walls, and our place looked like a million dollars when done.

They remodeled one of my bedrooms and a bathroom and they did a great job. Quick, clean and professional. Overall excellent experience
