We had our master bath completely remodeled about a year ago. Western Trades was an excellent company to work with on this project. They were very respectful regarding the cleanliness of my house. They were timely. They showed up to work when they said they would and had the job completed as agreed upon. I felt completely comfortable having the workers in my home as well. They were great about fixing anything I wasn't happy with or wanted changed. I would definitely recommend Western Trades Construction for your next remodel.

I contacted Western Trades for an estimate on a very comprehensive home remodel based on referral from a friend. The estimate looked good, so I contacted Dave and gave him the green light. Within a week, we met in person and Dave introduced me to my would-be Project Manager, Carlos. Together, we went through every square inch of the house and outlined, in detail, all of my needs. This comprehensive and thorough approach lasted throughout the entire project, from start to finish. The work included tiling every floor, a complete master bathroom reno, installing a tub and tiling a shower surround in a second bath, reconfiguring a kitchen pantry, creating a new coat closet, framing out an entire wall, drywall repairs, installing patio doors, custom paint, and other misc. projects - all while meeting my needs for wheelchair accessibility! Each of the the different crews were friendly, responsible, and respected my home. Carlos was able to foresee my every question and need and was always a step ahead of me, which is actually saying a lot. The projected timeline was five weeks, but because of MY OWN additional requests during different phases, it was stretched to six weeks. After all of the construction was completed, the cleanup/cleaning crew worked wonders and left me with a spotless, move-in ready home. Thank you Western Trades, Dave, Carlos, and all of the people that created my beautiful, wheelchair-friendly home!

We hired Western Trades for a remodel on our home and we couldn't have been happier with the whole experience from start to finish. We demolished, rebuilt and moved around the tub and shower in our master bath, stained all of the maple cabinets and stair railing in the whole house, removed carpet and put in engineered wood, replaced all the granite in the whole house along with all new plumbing fixtures, spruced up the landscaping in the front and back, painted the whole house and changed out all hinges and door hardware. We had previously built a house by ourselves and completely remodeled another home with a different contractor. Building ourselves was very stressful and a lot of babysitting. Our other remodel with a different contractor was a complete disaster! We had an AMAZING experience with Western Trades they were competitively priced, punctual and perfectionists. The owner was great to work with and helped walk us through the remodel process and gave us some very helpful opinions. Their foreman was highly qualified and always kept things moving and made sure all the trades were supposed to be here when they said they were going to be here. His quality control was top notch. We never had to ask them to redo something. Even at the last second when we decided to redo our kitchen counters and tear down our bar he didn't miss a beat and went right to work. We finished ahead of schedule and on budget. They were a great company to work with and we look forward to doing business with them in the future!!! Western Trades has been great to work with. Our firm owns and develops properties across the country and I have to say Western Trades has impressed us. They respond, they get work done, and they price their work fairly. We have had other negative experiences with contractors in Las Vegas, but Western Trades has come through. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Excellent experience! I remodeled my home with Western Trades 6 months ago. Honest and reliable. They worked every day and never left me wondering if they were ever going to finish or show up again. The construction had to be done with my family living in our house and the employees were professional and considerate. And, with all the things added and taken away I never felt taken advantage of with price. It was always consistent.
