Brothers Jason and Jim have over 35 years experience in sales and wood flooring installation in homes and businesses throughout Southern California. Our experience with the Elliott Floor Covering company was suburb. We had a clear understanding of the scope of the job, what to expect, cost, and length of project. Our project entailed installing hard wood flooring on a second level and up the staircase (approximately 1200 sq. ft). Our home is 25+ years old and there were some "squeaks" in the joists that required mending, leveling, some demo and an intricate staircase where we decided to do solid treads versus using the manufactured hardwood. All was completed on time, on budget and on time. They were professional, clean, and quiet.

Elliott Flooring was prompt, fair and interested in helping us with a second try at repairing a flooring issue following a slab leak in our kitchen. Our project included a second room that matched the first, complicated cuts and angles and a few surprising finds under the current flooring. We were very pleased with the work and the respect for our home and our time that Elliott Flooring showed during the entire process. We recommend Elliott Flooring and would hire them again in a minute.

Elliott flooring did a great job at my house in Orange. We replaced our entire downstair area with hard wood floor including the stairs. Jason was able to work with us while we were on vacation, which makes it nice for when we returned, we did not see any of renovation work. They are very professional and able to give us insights into certain aspects that would normally be missed, such as areas under door way and applicances. I highly recommend using Elliott Floor Covering for your next project.

I wrote to a few flooring professionals to get a quote for my guest room. Jason at Elliott Floor Covering wrote back to me right away which I thought was very impressive. During the decision process he bent over backwards to answer my questions and help me out. I shared an ideabook with him via Houzz and from there he picked out samples that he thought would best match what I was looking for. I was so busy and couldn't make it to his showroom so he even drove the samples to my house so I could see them in person. I also had a 1 week time frame to get everything done and Jason without prevail worked my project into his schedule and got everything done with time to spare. He also gave me a price that I felt was very reasonable. My wood floors look GORGEOUS and I am 100% happy with them. I would recommend Elliott Floor Covering to anyone looking for quality results, friendly customer service, and great attention to detail.

These guys were awesome! They were prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about their craft. They spent nearly as much time planning the layout and preparing the slab as they did on the actual install. Their meticulous attention to detail resulted in an amazing finished product. Everyone who comes into my home compliments me on the floor. IF you are considering a new wood floor, make sure you speak to Jim or Jason at Elliott's first.
