If I could give 10 stars I would! Jon was incredible to work with and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about the building process with him. He is very thorough and really went the extra mile when building our house. Where some builders cut corners Jon paid attention to detail. Not only did he build us a beautiful home but he built us a quality home. He thought of everything from tall ceilings to upgraded appliances to granite countertops, to tile surrounds in all the bathrooms, to 3 tone paint, to energy efficiency and upgraded windows. When most builders try to cut their cost by putting in the least expensive things possible Jon did the opposite. Not only is our home everything I could have hoped for but he was incredible to work with. We came into the building process late and he allowed us to make changes anyway to really make the home ours. He was incredibly helpful and we felt like he really cared and wanted us to love it. Not only that but he worked so hard and completed the house early in order to help us get out of our temporary housing. We really felt like he had our best interest at heart. People looking to build would be lucky to have Evergreen Homecrafters. We couldn’t recommend it more!

Our home building journey started about 5 years ago and included a TON of research, late nights on the internet, and many conversations with local home builders. Coming from a previous home with problem after problem and shoddy workmanship, finding a quality builder was the most important thing to our family. We also wanted a home that was energy efficient, which is something that Jon does standard in his EarthCraft homes. From the beginning, my husband and I knew we made the right decision by choosing Jon as our builder. He went above and beyond to ensure that this process went as smoothly as possible. He worked diligently with us on our custom floor plan, ensured every detail was taken into consideration, listened to us, and stayed with us every step of the way. He shared his expertise, experience, and was always upfront and honest with us. He doesn't cut corners, takes pride in his work, and wants to do the right thing by his clients. Jon builds homes for his clients as if it was going to be his own home, which is something that cannot be said for all home builders these days. To add to the complexity, my husband and I lived out of state during the entire home building process, but Jon kept us updated every step of the way. We've been living in our home for over a month now and the utility bills are simply amazing. I cannot tell you how many people have walked through our home and have complimented on the quality of the work that was put into our home. We love our new home and are grateful for all of the hard work Jon put in to make sure every detail was perfect. This is truly our dream home and we would highly recommend Jon!

Jon Anderson of Evergreen Homecrafters is a fantastic builder. He built a large custom home for our family. The home was built to meet the EarthCraft standards for a green home. Jon is very knowledgeable about building a green home. He worked well with our architect, and with us at every step of the process. He checked and double checked every choice we made. He never installed a piece of floor, piece of tile, light fixture or appliance without confirming with us that it was what we had ordered/chosen. This prevented a lot of unnecessary mistakes and delays. Jon's subcontractors are professional and friendly. As would be expected during the process of building a custom home, there are hiccups along the way, but Jon handled all of them in a professional manner. He wanted our home to be as perfect as it could be. I recommend him without hesitation.

Been in our new home since Feb 2016. Absolutely love it!!! Because it is so energy efficient bills have been extremely manageable. More important than anything Evergreen stands by their products. We had some minor water damage a few months in. They immediately sent out somebody to assess and repair the issue, no ifs, and, or buts about it. Recommend these guys heavily if you are in the market!
