Would be a zero if possible. At least the loading guys were helpful. Ordered product online and went to store to pickup. Store confused about order because "online is different from the store" Waited 20 minutes. Came back to tell me they canceled the order and placed new order in the store. OK. Loaded product in the truck. They finished writing order and asked for payment. "I already paid online" I said. "That order was canceled" they said. I provided them my card for payment. They ran my card but locked it up. One charge still existed from the online purchase and two charges for half the invoice amount all pending on my card. Store held no responsibility for this and only explained that online was separate from the store and told me that I should have come to the store to purchase and that basically it was my fault for purchasing online. Unloaded truck and left. I called customer service. I was connected to the individual who actually was the one who canceled the online order while I was at the store. He explained that because I ordered it online, the product would not be ready for 1-2 days because they need to ship the product to the store. Or, he offered, I could drive the the warehouse and pick it up myself. He said that is how they do things and basically expressed that because I purchased the product online that these circumstances were my fault. There is NO WARNING on the online cart or checkout on the website that there is a 2 day delay on the order, even though the product is physically in the store. Regarding the charges on my card, he offered that I could call my card company and explain what happened and maybe they would unlock my card. No one has made any effort to retain me as a customer or to in any way resolve this situation. The customer service rep hung up on me when I said he was a joke.

My wife and I went to the Noblesville Floors To Your Home and met with Brandon. Brandon was extremely professional and helpful. We immediately knew Floors To Your Home Noblesville was where we would be purchasing our new flooring. Brandon assisted us in choosing the correct flooring, figuring out the amount we needed to purchase, and was always open to phone calls and texts to assist with any questions on our flooring install. I installed nearly 1800 SF of flooring myself; therefore, I had a lot of questions and concerns; which Brandon answered quickly. If you have a long driveway please be aware that despite being called floors to your home they deliver to bottom of your driveway. The agent I spoke with was very polite but noted that "most people with long driveways have a truck" and presumably an unterest in loading and unloading flooring...

So we purchase flooring from floors to your home in Noblesville their is probably the worst quality laminate that I’ve ever seen. It is coming apart in multiple places, and is scratched and chipped in multiple places. Something barely touches it and it scratches. It scratched the first few days after it was installed. It was a very pretty floor we thought it was gonna be perfect but it just looks terrible because it looks like junk. I communicated with the store to see what the process was for the warranty and in order to even try to get any compensation back or return the remaining flooring that we are not going to use because it is junk, you have to sign a paper and provide your credit card and have an inspection done. If the inspector decides that it’s not a manufacturing problem they can charge you up to $750. It is definitely a manufacturing problem but who wants to take a gamble and why should we have to. We’ve already lost enough money on this junk. The pictures alone should have been enough justice to have to get a refund and return unused materials that they would not cooperate or give any kind of assistance in this matter other than provide your credit card and sign the paper.
