Franks Wallpaper Removal

Hired Frank's to remove some 40 year old wallpaper in a bedroom we could not manage ourselves. Rick (owner) & his crew showed up a little before scheduled, started the job on time & finished within 3 hours, clean up included. Did a great job, that we hired Frank's to paint the room. Another great job in the painting & cleanup. Reasonable pricing too.

Hired Rick and his team to take down several rooms of wallpaper in my home. As Rick had indicated to me, the work was completed in one day. Excellent team of workers, very friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. I was highly satisfied and would highly recommend them.

Rick quoted our job in July. We came to an agreement on pricing and awarded him both wallpaper removal and painting. He came to start the job yesterday, as scheduled. As soon as he showed up, he said they can't handle the job because the center island makes it so he can't use ladders. 1) Don't bid on a job you can't do. 2) Don't accept the job if you can't do it. 3) Realize that by booking you, people turn away other options. In our case, it was turning down a company that had us on a 6 month wait list for wallpaper removal. We are now trying to reschedule with them but will likely be back on a 6+ month wait list. 4) Don't be rude a customer after you back away from a job you shouldn't have taken. The way you approached this job was terribly unprofessional, Rick. I have never been so screwed by a contractor. And your attitude with my wife after you walked away is not appreciated. I advise everyone reading this to stay away due to our terrible experience.

I was so impressed with the quick turnaround of 6 rooms of wallpaper removal in one day so our daughters family could move up their moving day schedule. Very professional and enjoyed working working with Rick and his great team! Would highly recommend and use again!

Removed wallpaper and painted my entire Condo. Did a great job! Got the wallpaper off in one day. Painted and repaired the ceilings and walls in 3 more days. Great work at a ok price. Workers were on time and did good clean up when they were done.
