I couldn't say enough good things about my experience with GPS in Green Brook. Michelle, Jessica, the whole support team were so knowledgeable and helpful. Their guidance was invaluable. We also loved their delivery men! They were friendly, efficient and on time! lol.

Besides General Plumbing Supply having a large assortment of fantastic products to choose from, for our bathroom renovation, Heather was a HUGE help in guidance. Her knowledge in the products, as well as design suggestions, went a long way in updating our bathroom better than we had imagined. She knows her stuff and her eye for detail made the process so much easier. She kept up on things that were ordered and even reached out to us when there was going to be a delay in delivery. We were able to choose something else in order to make our deadline. The thought "spa" comes to mind whenever I go into our bathroom now. I definitely recommend General Plumbing Supply and highly recommend Heather. I wish I could give more stars.

I rarely feel motivated to write reviews on my customer experience. But, in this case, I felt I would be remiss, if I did not acknowledge and share the qualities of great customer service that I witnessed, which have become a rarity with many firms & their employees. My interaction with GPS started with a request on their web site about 45 days back for a design consultation for my masterbath remodel. I got a prompt reply from Cristina Perez from their Greenbrook, NJ location and she is very knowledgeable and very patient with me, walking me through various options and educating me on features and benefits where I lacked proper understanding. She worked with their sales & delivery teams to ensure that I got all the stuff shipped in a timely manner. When my design choices changed, she even helped me with the returns and worked with their suppliers to expedite my orders to suit my installation schedule. GPS pricing varies from others' on several items, in that they are cheaper than others for some products and slighly costlier for others. In all it's balanced out in the end on the material costs alone. But, the convenience of actually seeing & touching the items you would be purchasing and getting them delivered just in time for the project to your home is priceless. Here again, Cristina helped work with her bosses to get me price adjustment for my tub based on the lower price quoted by another outlet. I sincerely hope others make a note that in the end, it is the quality of service that a company and its personnel provide, that keeps customers coming back to them for future purchases. I have no hesitation to recommend Cristina Perez of GPS, Greenbrook who provided me with that EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Michelle C., Showroom Manager at General Plumbing Supply, Matawan NJ is a true professional for any renovation project. Michelle knows her products : what works together, what looks great, and more importantly, what does not. Michelle helped me pull together products for two bathrooms that have very different character. She helped me find the products that matched my taste and accentuated the character in each bathroom. We will definitely look to Michelle for our next project in 2018, a big one: our kitchen (what better compliment is there?).

Showroom is not huge but it is such a good location for me. I would rather have the store close so I can go back and forth (which you will need to do if it's a large project) easily. I worked with Wanda and she's awesome. She's a great listener to your needs and has a lot of expertise in working within a budget. If I could I would give Wanda a 5 star rating personally.

General Plumbing Supply is our go-to vendor for all things plumbing-fixture related for the majority of our construction projects. Our customers are always happy with their experience at the showroom and throughout their projects. Scott and Holly always go above and beyond to keep things running smoothly and keep us returning for more. We will continue to send our customers to them for our future projects.

We recently completed a kitchen, powder room and full bath renovation. So, clearly, lots of plumbing supplies needed. We were fortunate to meet and then work with Wendi Zimmerman at GPS (General Plumbing Supply) at the showroom in Green Brook, NJ. This was a great experience. Wendi knows, not only her stock, but where to search for what we needed. For our master bath reno, we wanted a very sleek fixture for the tub ---- one that had a hand-held, without so many handles and spouts on the wall. She found the perfect solution! She listens, and she is responsive --- getting back to us quickly with complete information. It was clear that Wendi focused on our needs and what would work best for us. She didn’t try to “sell” us anything. She presented options, giving us the pros/cons. Wendi made great suggestions, and the results were amazing! Thank you Wendi, and your colleagues at GPS for being such a great help with our renovation!

I started to work with the Morris Plains team after being frustrated when dealing with a competitor. As a trade professional, I need customer service. Lisa and the rest of the staff answer calls promptly, make time to work me into the showroom with short notice and suggest products when I need advice. I am so glad to have switched to General plumbing Supply of morris plains.

We decided to remodel our Master Bathroom after 20 years. Visited a number of vendors and finally found Sherri Kirkland at GPS. We cannot be more grateful for the excellent advice and service Sherri provided. Not only is she very knowledgeable but also takes the time to listen to your needs and then applies her expertise to assist in finding the best solution.

GPS Hawthorne had all the products i needed for a 3 bath and kitchen project. Importantly, Cheryl B. and her follow-up and professionalism made the whole process seemless even when we encountered some challenges. I'd recommend GPS Hawthorne without reservation!

I can't say enough great things about Ada in the Orange showroom. She helped me every step of the way with my master bath renovation and I am using her again for another bathroom in my home.

This was the second time I’ve purchased cabinets from Joe Pellegrino in the GPS Green Brook office. The first time I met Joe P I purchased StarMark vanities for my bathroom remodeling. This time it was a much bigger project for my kitchen remodeling. Joe was extremely patient and down to earth. He clearly explained the cost of various options, e.g. do I care having a 5-piece drawer or happy with slab, etc. so that I was able to make informed decisions and save money. Joe came to my house and measured carefully and assured me that the cabinets will fit and they did exactly. The real test was when I had issues with the StarMark cabinets after they were delivered (one cabinet arrived broken, another had a warped door, there were issues with stain colors). Joe worked with the StarMark rep and had the damaged cabinets exchanged quickly in rush order. I highly recommend Joe.
