Kilmurry Development has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Gerry the owner and developer has worked in numerous trades since first coming to the United States from Ireland in his early twenties. His expertise in these areas allow him to give the personal attention that his clients deserve while also giving them the most reliable and efficient process in meeting all of their homebuilding needs. A native of Co. Clare, Ireland, Margaret Carey emigrated from Ireland in the late 1970’s. After working in the US for a number of years, Margaret had a keen interest in business, which led her to study at the Southwest School of Business where she graduated with a legal secretary degree in 1989. The day to day running of Kilmurry Development Inc is overseen by Margaret, who manages many aspects of the company including accounting, insurance matters and the management of subcontractors. We have built many houses, condominiums, and apartments throughout the Chicago land area and surrounding suburbs.
