We hired Gibin's Customs Stairs and Millwork to update the staircase in our home. The experience was extraordinary from start to finish. Celso was extremely helpful and had the experience and the knowledge to help us guide the project and realize our design ideas and esthetic. The work was priced extremely fairly and the crew was efficient and considerate throughout the process. The materials used were all extremely high quality, as was the workmanship. The project was completed on time and on budget and we were completely satisfied with the completed work. I cannot recommend Celso, Gibin's Customs Stairs & Millwork, and their services highly enough. We have posted one before picture and two after pictures so you can see the dramatic difference.

Celso and crew are the best. We hired them to remodel the house, reconfigure the stairs, and install new flooring. They have meet above and beyond our expectations. We love our stairs. Our house needed a face lift. We were looking at two major improvements, the first was changing the downstairs flooring and the second was changing the look of our stairs. We looked at several contractors and Celso was the only one that could do both, the way we wanted. There were several contractors that could do the flooring but when it came to the stairs they could not perform the work we needed. After our meeting and seeing other projects Celso had worked on, we decided not only to give Celso the job for the flooring but also to transform our stairs and to add wainscot throughout the downstairs. Celso and his team are very professional. They are clean, polite and passionate about their trade. They completed all the projects on time. Throughout the entire process, they provided us with white glove service. If we had any questions about the project or needed something changed in the designs. Celso made himself available; he would provide us with his professional opinion and make the necessary changes as we saw fit. My house has been transformed, it was exactly the face lift that was needed. Our flooring, wainscot and stairs look as if it was cut from pages of a designer magazine. Knowing how professional and amazing the work that Celso and his team do, I am already planning for other areas that I want his team to transform.

Celso Gibbon is master at his craft. Every single person who walks in my house immediately raves about my stairs. Expert work at a fair price. His employees admire and respect him, which says a lot about the person he is and the business he runs. You won't find a better company for the job, it's as simple as that.

Gibin followed through on his install and his crew came back and did a superb job. I love the installation. I paid extra to have him do the work but the staircase is a piece of art. I love it and highly recommend.

After 3 estimates we went with Gibin's Custom Stairs. It was the best decision we've made! He is a true craftsmen. Absolutely the best work we've seen. We had our stairs completely redone and our entry floor. They were always on time and the job was finished just as he said. Celso was very knowledgeable and able to answer all our concerns. You would not be sorry in hiring Gibin's Custom Stairs. I wish I could say this about all contractors. One last thing, his estimate was very fair.

We hired Gibins custom stairs to refinish our stairs. They refinished post , handrails, skirt and cap and prepared to install a new iron baluster style. They did it all in three days and did an outstanding job. They were there at eight every morning. His workers were very respectful. The job was a messy job and they did everything possible to keep the dust down and cleaned up each night when they left. We are so proud of our new stairs and would hire Mr. Gibins again if the need arises.

Excellent craftsmanship and crew was respectful. They cleaned up at end of every day and addressed all my concerns and issues. Would definitely recommend them!

Celso remodeled our stairs, including our main stairway to the upstairs and two smaller stairways to a split-level family room. The new stairs included distressed wood treads, wood posts and hand rail, and stainless steel rods in the banister. The wood caps on the smaller stairs were stained to match the adjacent grey, wood-like tile and look truly amazing. All workmanship was first rate. For example, the joints in the millwork were finished with wood putty and a razor blade, not with a tube of caulk and a wet finger, and look sharp and crisp. We thought the original bid was a little high, but he employs craftsman, not workers, and the results were well worth it. Our only problem now is that we still have other trades working in the house and we don't want them to get anywhere near our perfect stairs. Also, be sure to give some thought to how Celso's trim work will interface with any adjacent, existing mouldings as the difference in workmanship will be readily apparent. Highly recommended!

I used Gibin's stairs because of the good reviews he has and am sooooo glad I did! They are nothing but professional and are very good at communicating with you. I had a staircase straight from 1980's that I needed updated. I had them do the rails/bolsters/skirts. I can't say how happy I am about how beautiful it now looks. The workmanship is perfection and they also matched everything to the treads I will have put on next. I HIGHLY recommend this company - they will take very good car of you. OH....and prices were right in line with other quotes I got. Thank you so much for a wonderful job done!
