I worked with Gil during a very difficult situation in which my house was hit by car, and receive a great deal of damage. Gil navigated through the many processes including permits, structural engineer, etc. He was able to get my house boarded up immediately, and worked directly with the insurance to ensure they understood the extent and cost of the damage. He brought in professional subcontractors. We have been very pleased with all the work done on our house. Gil was incredibly flexible, and worked with me to get some additional repairs done on my house. I highly recommend Gil, and would rehire him in a heartbeat!

Great experience, perfect result!! We hired Gil Montarbo for our kitchen remodel, which included counters, tile floor, window framing, lighting, and appliances. It went exceptionally smooth from start to finish. Gil and Jordan were there to help us conceptualize the remodel, guide us on materials, schedule the work, and guide us through the process. They were there at each stage to ensure the work done met our (and their) standards. It was well organized, the result was perfect, and we were back in our kitchen in under 3 weeks.

The goal of any business is to have satisfied customers and have them return to buy more of it's product or service. However, for most people building a new house or doing a major remodeling project is usually a once in a lifetime event. Julie and I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Gil on multiple projects. We first experienced Gil and his teams craftsmanship and skill over 25 years ago when we purchased a spec home for which he was a major contractor. Since then we engaged him on other building projects as well as to create the beautiful home we live in on the eastern hills or Morgan Hill. Gil is a pleasure to work with, accommodating when the last minute changes come up, and knowledgeable on all phases of home construction. If we ever embarked on another building project, Gil would definitely be the one we'd call on.

A new patio addition to the back of the home was requested to be incorporated into the existing home design. It had to be designed and built to look as if it was a part of the original house design (Not an add on). Wow! what a job!, Exceptional quality of work and amazing design! The attention to detail, the quality of work provided and the team players involved have provided us with exceptional results on our project. The results and transformation of the dwelling is amazing. The best part was the experience going through the process. Most projects can be a painful process with all the changes, adjustments and surprises that pop up. Gil and his team didn't miss a beat or complain with the many many changes we introduced through out the project.
