Recommended them to a family member. The stools that were ordered never showed up, and the customer service reps were rude and were opening unwilling to resolve the situation.
Apparently Goedeker's has gone down the tubes since they were bought out. Sorry I recommended them and will never shop there again.

In August 2021 we placed an order for a french door refrigerator, delivery to be second week of October. October 8, we got an email the credit card failed, the order was cancelled. We updated our information on our card. Now the refrigerator had a new order number. The new date was November. Next month, November, we were told second week of December. Second week of December we were told because of the back orders, it was now shipping in January. January 19 I was told they were getting a big shipment February the nineth, it would fill all the backorders. Today, February 15 it is now four months before anymore shipments are available. Never seen such poor service. Today she asked me if i want to cancel my order. Seriously I think they want me to cancel because the price in August is much lower than todays I am sure.

Waiting nearly 8 months for the refrigerator I purchased with their promise of "free shipping nationwide"
They say they will call back after multiple attempts to resolve the delivery issue but never do so.
I will now attempt to cancel the order; I would never do business with Goedeker's dishonest practices again.

Worst company around. 8 months to get my appliance and they had my payment in full throughout the entire time. Almost impossible to get customer service on the line. Avoid!!!

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT SHOPPING HERE. I consider myself a reasonable person, and believe I have been generous, kind, and nice to Goedeker's despite the absolute terror they have given us... our experience with Goedekers has been absolute trash. We ordered a full suite of appliances in November of 2020, including a Washer, Dryer, Refrigerator, Range, Microwave, and Dishwasher. We were told that many of our appliances would be delivered by early January 2021. We are now halfway through June 2021, with NO APPLIANCES. We have called every week for months. Asking. Begging. Pleading for updates. We are always given the answer that the appliances are coming, and soon. We have tried to replace those appliances with others, but Goedeker's isn't really willing to help find ones that would be adequate replacements. We have been lied to repeatedly. I have called asking for any help to understand why we have been given so many false dates of when our appliances will arrive. My last call was to talk to a manager, and in typical Goedeker's fashion, like many of our calls, they have not called us back like they promised.
If you like a company taking your money for months, without any concrete answers, with terrible customer service, and delays in providing your appliances for more than 8 months, than please, please shop at Goedeker's. For any other sane individual, go LITERALLY anywhere else.

Unbelievable Poor service. Kept my payment iln full hostage for nine months while items were backordered poor communication while I waited and then finally I spoke to someone who recommended changing to more readily available products which I agree to. Still had to wait weeks and then was told one appliance was not available. And then took five phone calls to get my money refunded. They also contracted with the worlds worst delivery and installation company and left my home a mess at my yard with broken landscape lighting. Avoid this company.

This company is horrible. Delivery was awful. Everything was broken. Took months to deal with them. You have to wait hours until customer service answers the phone. They refuse to give you your money back.

Horrible experience. Ottoman showed up with tire tread pattern imprinted in it, and one side where the fabric was all bunched. Their customer service department sent me a picture they found on the internet of bunched fabric and told me that's just how it comes. Tire tread pattern was never addressed. Offered me a $40 refund on the $320 product. When I declined, I was told I could send it back for $90 shipping fee.

Ordered a Maytag washer and dryer. Took approximately 3 months and approximately 20 or more phone calls to make concerning my order. A supervisor/ manager was never available. They rarely answer the phone. You have to wait an hour or more to get an answer. Products maybe brandsmart quality, being as tho I received a new dryer that didn’t work and needed repair in order to use it. I never received my warranty. Very poor customer service and they never let you talk to a supervisor or return your calls. Worst company I ever dealt with in my life. Price looks good, buyer beware all that glitters ain’t gold.

AVOID GOEDEKER’S LIKE THE PLAGUE! THEY LIE! I ordered a Bosch dishwasher on August 2nd and was told it was in stock and would be delivered within two weeks. Two weeks passed and I never got a shipment notice so I tried to contact the store. The customer service wait was 45 minutes and I set my phone down to wait. After an hour I hung up. I tried this three times at various times in the day and got the same results. So I emailed the company and was told that it will be delivered within two weeks. As I know things are delayed because of COVID, I waited. In late September I get an email from a trucking company to arrange delivery of my dishwasher - only they had my name and street address but in another city and state. So I emailed Goedekers and was told my dishwasher hadn’t shipped and would arrive within two weeks. I then get an email from Goedkers in mid October saying that my dishwasher has shipped and will be delivered within two weeks but again it never arrived so I canceled my order but they said it couldn’t be canceled as it has shipped. I then contacted AmEx, who gave me my money back and I ordered the same dishwasher elsewhere and they had it delivered and installed in five days.

I ordered a grill from these people. They charged my credit card and told me that the product was backordered from the manufacturer. After two weeks I called them to find out whether they could get me an estimate. After 2 hours of listening to a repetitive instruction to email them, I gave up. I called back a couple of days later and after 90 minutes got a live person who apologized and said she would call me back with an update. Never heard from them. I called the manufacturer and was told the product was NOT BACKORDERED and could be SHIPPED FROM STOCK. Goedekers lied. They are a fraud organization. I have made a complaint to the BBB and to the Missouri Attorney General. This company should be shut down.

Thought we would save a few hundred dollars by ordering our Kitchenaid Oven through Goedekers. The real issue was installation. Because the oven is so heavy, we paid for removal of old oven and installation of the new oven. I wasn't feeling very confident when the installers (who also were the truck driver and his helper) pulled up YouTube on their phone to see watch an installation video on hook up. It wasn't until I went to cook our first meal that I received an error code about the wiring. Subsequently, my husband and I had to pull the oven out of the cabinet, balance it on a piece of furniture and figure out that they had wired it backwards. I contacted Goedeker's customer service asking for a portion of the installation fee to be refunded since the work was incorrect and had to be redone. After a few back and forth emails telling me that they were checking, Goedeker's is no longer responding. Bottom line: If you want 'professional installation' don't use this company.
