Golden Coast replaced my siding with James Hardie last year. We are very happy with their top quality work. Construction team was very pleasant to work with. They repaired the water leakage and replaced the dry rot. Alex, the owner, always followed through on my requests. They even restored one of my neighbors’ houses after a fire. I highly recommend this reliable company.

Golden Coast Construction & Restoration, Inc. Completed an amazing job on our new home. Our home was sadly burned due to a fire that spread into our ceilings throughout the entire house. Words cannot express the huge amount of work done to our home. The entire house feels BRAND NEW. The ceiling is higher. The kitchen is now open and connected to the living room with a beautiful barstool counter top that compliments the entire kitchen. We have brand new counter tops and cabinets with a microwave that is over the stove. This company went above and beyond to get our new home looking and feeling brand new. From wood flooring in the entire house to dual sinks in our restroom and brand new kitchen. I would recommend this company to all my family and close friends. I have never seen such amazing work completed in such a decent amount of time. Also the flawless execution of making everything fit perfectly throughout the entire house. Golden Coast is first class. Jim, our initial contact, spent a lot of time explaining, measuring, and bidding the job. Sergi, Alex and Nick were fabulous. They were perfectionists. They worked long hours. They cleaned the premises at the end of every day and hauled away the refuse. They were professional and personable. The Allura cement siding is beautiful. If there was ever another instance where we would need the services of Golden Coast Construction, we would not hesitate to call them. They put great effort into seeing we received from the insurance company everything needed to restore our rental home after the fire. The finished product was much better than the original.
