Boss & Mennie is a custom design / build firm based in Tampa, FL. We specialize in designing and building luxury waterfront homes, primarily in the Tampa Bay area, with prices ranging from around $1 million to $7 million plus. We use comprehensive 3D software for our custom designs, so clients can see a very realistic computerized model of their entire home during the design phase, rather than looking at often misleading two dimensional plans. During construction, clients can view all project related documents, schedules, photos and project updates, as well as approve all custom selections and change orders directly through our secure cloud based client portal, either on their computers or mobile devices. Our typical clients are doctors, attorneys, top executives or professional athletes, so we understand the high standards and time constraints of this type of client. With this in mind, we have developed our design and build process to be as simple and client focused as possible, with minimal burden on the client. We also take advantage of all available technology so out of town clients can be as involved in their new home build as if they were on site. We are an A+ Better Business Bureau Accredited company and a member of the Florida Green Building Coalition.
