All Time Constructions

All Time Constructions recently completed our renovation in Willoughby. It took some time to filter through builders to find the right one for us and that we could trust to create us a beautiful space to live in. Grant Jefford, builder, worked closely with us and kept us informed every step.of the way. The team were equally amazing and we had every confidence in their work. Our home was completed ahead of time and we were in prior to Christmas thanks to their hard work and determination. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Grant and his team for creating our beautiful home. We would definitely use All Time Constructions again and highly recommend them.

We count ourselves lucky to have had Grant and his team look after our build. It required quite a deal of intelligence, know how and a determination to make it right as it was an understory excavation under a 1950s existing fibro house thereby doubling the size of the original home. Not only did all the ducks line up but the chaps were able to do it while we were still resident upstairs.

Grant and his team have demonstrated excellent workmanship, attention to details, positive collaboration and a willigness to resolve challenges as they come, all in the best interests of their clients. They have made our home a beautiful and safe place for our family to live and enjoy. Their patience and dedication have enabled us to realise a life long project and make it a success and we are grateful to them for this.

We highly recommend Grant and the All time construction team. From day one on the job site they were highly professional and helpful. Our build was highly complex as it was a restoration of a dilapidated house in excess of 100 years old and new pavilion style extension. As the nature of a project with such an old house and complex design for the new extension many challenges occur. No challenge is too great for Grant and his team, Grant always has a solution to the problem. Grant's service is first class always willing to take the time for a call and never leaving clients chasing answers. All Time Constructions was recommended to us by our long time friend and architect. I was living overseas, but Grant met my sister and then quoted to do the job. I grew up in the building trade and I did several rebuilds in Australia and Asia, so I had pretty high standard and a discipline for tight budgets. Well, Grant and his team didn't disappoint. Everyone on the team worked well together, including the other contractors I introduced him to (and vice versa). We spent a lot of fun times working on the creative and engineering side of things. Grant always kept me up to date and shared each milestone even though we were often on the other side of the equator. The final project turned out better than expected. This last year, living in our revamped house, has been a happy one for our family. We are looking forward to our next project with Grant in the next year or two.
