I purchased my bungalow in 2007 and hired Hang-Up Custom Closets Inc., by JT to make a serviceable working laundry room in the furnace room which just housed an old double stone sink. I was so pleased with the transformation, new sinks with counter space for folding clothes, place to hang clothes for drying and plenty of storage cabinets. In 2012 my son purchased a condo and I hired JT to update the tired looking small kitchen. Once again JT performed his magic. In 2012 I moved in with my daughter and her husband in the home they just purchased. The kitchen was needing attention. Finally we decided in 2017 it was time to call JT to make magic. We now love our new kitchen. My husband and I hired Hang-Ups Custom Closets Inc., by JT to re-design our small closets in our new build townhouse. John took the time to help us come up with a design to maximize the space we have for better flow and functionality within our price point. John also made our idea of building closets in our basement to put our shoes and coats inside a reality - they look like they should have been built with the house originally with beautiful moulding at the top to flow with the rest of the space. Anyone that comes to our home always comments on how amazing our closets look in the basement as well as the inside of our closets throughout the home. The Hang-Ups team that came onsite to install the closets were amazing, friendly, polite, punctual and clean. We could have not hired a better company to complete this work in our home. It is always difficult when hiring a company to come into your home that you take pride in, however we would hire Hang Ups again and again and again. After receiving 5 quotes from other companies, Hang-Ups offered the BEST price, and they provide full 3D blueprint renderings so you may visually see the design before-hand! We had 2 walk-in closets with velvet lined jewelry drawers, a linen, a coat closet, and laundry units installed ... and I could not be more happier with the quality! .... 5 STARS

I had Hang-Up Closets install a custom closet this fall. They contacted me promptly, offered a couple of possible layouts, and a comprehensive quote. They did excellent work and made an effort to clean up thoroughly after they had finished the job. I would recommend this company.

These gentlemen were professional from the initial visit at my new town home, to the emails, the phone calls and the final installation date. Garth was my contact person who measured my 3 bedroom closets, and the basement for building and installing the closets. Prior to the visit, they had sent me several different closet options to choose from which we discussed on the phone and in person during the initial visit. Then, subsequent emails provided drawings of the closets including measurements; as well as, pictures of different door handle. The installation took only 1 day as 3 gentlemen arrived the day after my closing date. I had requested that they install the closets as soon after my closing as possible and they were able to accommodate me completely. I would definitely hire these gentlemen again as they work efficiently, and the price they quoted was reasonable for the work and materials used. If additional adjustments needed to be made they drove back to the warehouse, and completed the work the same day.
