I had a wonderful experience with MacDonald Hardwoods. I was incredibly fortunate to work with Steve throughout my experience. He was attentive, extremely helpful, informative, and easy to work with. My situation was unique in the fact that I had previous engineered hardwood flooring that needed to be removed. This proved to be far more difficult than initially anticipated. Steve came out on multiple occasions to provide guidance and suggestions on the best approach for removal since I was initially attempting to complete this job on my own. When it became clear that I would be unable to complete the job he provided me with a few solutions to my problem. I ultimately hired a company for removal and Steve was able to coordinate my installation around the removal. Steve was always available and went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable with each step of the process. Jeremy completed my installation. He did an excellent job and the floors look beautiful. I could not be happier with the finished product. Lastly, the wood that I purchased is gorgeous and the best part is that I got it on sale. I feel so fortunate to have such beautiful floors in my new home and to have worked with such a wonderful company. I would not hesitate for a moment to use them again in the future or to recommend them to a family or friend.
