We have been extremely happy from start to finish with the entire team. Pavel the fitter is outstanding and worked tirelessly as did Patrick the decorator. I have contracted Heritage Wardrobes at the end of our renovation project to supply two wardrobes for our bedrooms. It was the first company that I have dealt with during the course of the project that has surprised me positively. The order was executed on time with no mess and no hassle. The wardrobes look absolutely gorgeous and are the envy of our friends. Multiple people who have seen them (including those in building/decorating profession) have asked for reference. Thanks a lot Laurent and the team for delivering those. Both the quality and the look are exceptional.

We had a wardrobe built by Heritage this summer. The design was fundamentally flawed in that the wardrobe was of insufficient height to hang shirts properly. This is despite there being ample ceiling height to have allowed for a taller wardrobe in conjunction with some potential to fix the design inside. The after sales service from Heritage has been really disappointing. The first salesperson we dealt with left the company - we were not informed and left to chase the company to end the silence. The second person had to be chased constantly to return our calls and emails, and reminded that an apology would be nice. We have now been ignored. Heritage is clearly unwilling to try and resolve the issue, and has shirked its responsibilities. If you have £10k to spend, I suggest you buy from a local craftsman rather than Heritage. Buyer beware.
