We hired Daniel and the Leed Construction team for the "core and shell" for our custom home and we couldn't be happier! They went above and beyond, providing little extras along the way, and ensured we stayed on schedule and on budget. When we chose to make modifications that impacted budget, Daniel was fair in his pricing and worked with us to help us realize our dream. When we weren't sure where to go for certain finishes Daniel was able to recommend several options, allowing us to make the best choice for our needs. We have already recommended Leed for 2 other projects and will continue to do so.

We are extremely satisfied with the work of Leed Construction Ltd. They work fast, are very organized and professional and the result is great. The price is reasonable, too. We especially liked the Project Manager Daniel, the contractor Jose and the wall taper and painter Khoshnood. I would responsibly recommend these people for any work they are specialized to do. It was a learning experience to work with Leed Construction and their team of skilled craftsmen on our kitchen project. We now have a beautiful custom oak wood kitchen that is a classic and functional to our cooking needs. They were patiently listening to our concerns and came up with solutions so that it was done to our expectations. We have many updated features in our kitchen like under cabinet LED lights, wall mounted TV, dishwasher, quartz counter top and back splash, USB plugs and porcelain tile flooring. They fulfilled all the terms on the contract and did the project on budget. The project took 3 months to complete

Hired to to-do 2 bathrooms.....plaster and paint walls and ceiling. Job was completed to my satisfaction. Kush, who did the job, was a very polite, soft spoken and pleasant individual.

We had a whole house renovation done. Daniel was the contractor and Jose the site supervisor and their work was exceptional. Daniel was able to co-ordinate all the various steps from the architect to the structural engineering required and Jose executed the plan with amazing attention to detail. We highly recommend them for any renovation job you have in mind.

When my husband and I met Daniel at the Toronto Home Show last year, we immediately liked his relaxed demeanor and easy-going attitude. He was the first person we interviewed regarding our home renos and the one we ultimately chose to oversee our project. The price was right and we felt we could trust him when he said client satisfaction was his number one priority. Happily, throughout the almost two month reno, Daniel remained as lovely as the first time we met him and he always treated us with the utmost respect. He was available to respond to any questions or concerns - and there were plenty - day or night. All requests for correspondence were met with an immediate reply. José, our site supervisor, worked diligently to provide us with the home we envisioned. He even surprised us with some extras. Just please remember, he likes his coffee with 1 cream and 2 sugars . They stayed on budget and actually finished a little ahead of schedule. Most important of all, we love living in our new space. It's exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much!! Robin & Pierre
