We contacted CCR for a whole home renovation. From start to finish they were a great team to work with. From the initial consultation to the demo, rough-ins and finishes, always ensuring things were done right. They honoured our wishes and were very accommodating as we lived through it. It was also encouraging to hear both employees and sub-trades express that they liked working with CCR as they ‘do the right thing’, ‘make it right’ and don’t skimp out on details, even the things that are now covered and will never be seen again. We worked with the team at CCR Renovations for our ensuite bathroom renovation. From start to finish, the entire team at CCR was professional, organized and extremely competent. Not only is their work of the highest quality but their customer service is outstanding. My husband and I were impressed with the detail included in the breakdown of the initial quote for the scope of work. We were further impressed when we met with the project manager (Conor) and the detail and organization of the plan. The team were always quick to communicate with us and answer any questions (no matter how trivial). They also stand behind their work and want to ensure that the customer is satisfied, even after completion. We had a tiny issue with the potlight in the shower and Conor was quick to work out a solution so that we were totally happy. And also, they are just a bunch of really nice guys and a pleasure to have worked with. I highly recommend the team at CCR Renovations.

I am so happy to submit my review on my reno. Stuart, Conor, Matt, their team – especially Greg and Tara, and the trades were all amazing. After the initial in-depth consultations, I received a comprehensive production schedule, along with constant communication throughout the whole process. Any questions or concerns that I had were immediately addressed. I am beyond happy with the renovation on what started out as removing a structural wall and designing a dream kitchen, basically turned into a main floor makeover. Now the original older section of my house and the newer addition have a cohesive, and oh so comfortable, look to the main floor. CCR’S professionalism, respect for my property, their enthusiasm as to what I wanted to achieve, the invaluable design expertise, the care they exhibited for my family’s safety and well-being as we were living on site on the basement level, the attention to every detail throughout the production schedule, even to the add-on changes to the reno by the owner, made living through the whole renovation process less daunting and the progress was something that I enjoyed watching evolve day by day. The workmanship is outstanding and I had a positive, informative, interaction with every single team and trade member that I encountered throughout the renovation. I highly recommend CCR Renovations. Now, - I am thoroughly enjoying my dream open concept kitchen/dining room/living room along with my dream family room and beautiful, comfortable main floor. So happy.

We were looking to renovate our Kitchen/main floor for our family of 5. We wanted to utilize the space we had and make the most of it. CCR made our dreams come true. I wanted a modern farmhouse feel and they captured everything I wanted and more. From our first meeting with Matt, he helped us to turn our vision into real life. He was so professional and made us feel comfortable in choosing them. Their whole team was great, including the sub trades. We felt so comfortable with them in our home, and even my kids loved them! They stayed on track with the schedule and we’re great responding to all our needs. Stuart, Conor and Tara were awesome, checking in and keeping us up to date with all the milestones, helping us pick our finishes along the way and making our house a home. I cannot thank them enough, they have helped me to fall in love with my home everyday. Thank you CCR!

What can I say.... Unbelievable customer service, top quality trades and 10/10 quality of work/workmanship. Would recommend to any who asked for a contractor for any task.

We started thinking about renovating our kitchen/family room area about a year and a half ago. From our first introduction to Matt of CCR to our last CCR employee visit, Kiera, it was a great experience. We are so pleased. Papa CCR, Stewart, ensured we were happy at every step of the project and visited at least once a week. If we had questions or concerns he was right on it and had them fixed. CCR has many wonderful employees and the outside companies used for plumbing, Howse Your Plumbing, Electrical, Jayco, and the HVAC guys, were all respectful, did excellent work and cleaned up at the end of each working day. The kitchen is beyond our expectations and we look forward to entertaining in this marvellous space. 10 our 10 all the way. A big thank you to Darren, Justin, Greg, Brandon, Kyle, Keegan, Kiera, Conor, Tara and Stewart!!! We will be recommending this company to anyone who asks for any renovations needed. Nothing but good things to say about working with CCR. We did a full first floor/kitchen Reno. They were so helpful with designing and implementing our ideas. Everything was done on time, communication excellent, everyone on the team is so friendly .. and all the work they did was completed to our satisfaction. Looking forward to having the team in our home again for future projects

CCR completed a significant renovation to our home completely modernizing our kitchen, family room and principal bathroom. CCR quickly became and extension of our family and were extremely accommodating to ensure they were completely as quickly and efficiently as possible without compromising quality and safety (much of the work was completed during the height of the pandemic). Conor and the team were open, honest and fair. To his credit, the only reason why there was a small delay was due to covid and a delayed delivery of a countertop - how many contractors deliver on the timing they promise of a job?! CCR did and we were impressed. I'd invite them back to our home any time.

CCR Renovation did an amazing job on my upstairs bathrooms, laundry room and closet renovation. The attention to detail was exactly what I was looking for. Conor, Greg, Tara and the rest of the CCR team were approachable with any concerns or changes I made to the renovation. They were able to give advice when needed regarding design or the behind the scene work. Thank you for the amazing renovation.

We worked with CCR renovations to complete a main floor renovation including new stairs and new flooring. Their management was very easy to work with. They provided a complete rundown of budget with 100% transparency. Their team was very respectful of us living in the home during renovation and kept the job site clean. Everyone was on time as well. Any adjustments that had to be made were explained thoroughly with as much time as we wanted to discuss and/or ask questions We had an issue with our flooring distributor and their product and CCRs team stood by us until the issue was resolved. Full scope of work included: 2 retaining walls down (creating an open concept on the main floor) Brand new kitchen All new flooring New staircase Flooring upstairs I plan to work again with CCR in the future as this job as a 10/10.

We decided to make some kitchen updates which began with the removal of a structural wall. After a few meetings, we decided to move forward with CCR Renovations to tackle this project, and we're very happy with this decision! Matt came to see us and to discuss our options. Matt helped us navigate the necessary steps required to make this possible - engineering drawings, town permit, and inspection. Matt also coordinated the trades necessary to assist with plumbing, H-VAC and electrical. Once the job started, Greg was our on-site contact and was fantastic. Nothing really can prepare you for the disruption a large scale renovation has on your family and day-to-day life, but Greg made it as painless as possible. He explained each step, kept the job moving and worked through many unexpected roadblocks we encountered once we actually opened the wall up. Greg also lead by example with his work ethic, positivity and leadership, keeping the job on time and on budget, right up until our inspection passed. Moving a structural wall is very stressful and it's important to do it properly for many reasons. I can say with confidence that CCR is the only company I would ever call for any future structural projects.
