This entire review seems rather suspect and I would bet all my money that it is a fake negative review from a competitor. Unfortunately this type of thing is becoming rather common among the local services industry.
The reason this is suspect is that no name has been given and there is literally no other activity on your account! it was created literally to write this negative review.
The other nail in the coffin is that we have not had one complaint about our work this year.
I would be absolutely astounded if anybody would spend "three weekends repainting areas in their home that were missed".
If you had contracted a company to do some work for you and you were unhappy you would obviously let the company now and demand that they fix the areas.
We firmly stand by our client happiness guarantee under any and all circumstances and we always go above and beyond to make our clients happy.
If any clients of ours have concerns about the quality of their painting we will very happily have another painter sent out to fix any areas 100% free and if they are still not satisfied we will even give you a discount on your painting.
Again, nobody in the office has been contacted by any unhappy client so it seems rather obvious that this is indeed a fake review from someone with a little too much time on their hands.
I would advise it to be ignored.
Thank you.
