At any cost stay away from this company -pictures can speak what we are going through- singed contract with them April 2021, told us they start in September 2021, they started construction Oct 15 2021 and guess what no clue when they will complete the project, today is June 4th 2022 we are still waiting on crew to show up and work on things. We have been told 13-14 weeks for completion that’s NOT true. Before you sign anything with them please do your proper research or you will regret it big time. They are very unprofessional and there’s no communication at all, project manger never returns calls or emails or come to site. The only person reply to you is Lauren their construction scheduler who seems to be overloaded - they will use 40 years in business punch line when they will sell you Don’t pay attention to that that’s all garbage we have seen companies who have been in industry for few years and have been completing the pools in 4 months and bigger pools and customized pools. KEEP YOURSELF AWAY FROM THIS BUILDER!! We have pavers sitting on our front yard since Jan 2022 and we are in Mid May 2022 and still waiting for someone to work on this. it’s been 7 months and this pool dream became a nightmare to us. I will NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone. Updating few more points 1. Yes you guys were communicating ONLY when I reached out no one comes to me on their own and explain things. Things happened we understand that and we have been very patiently waiting and cooperating but the water really went above our limits - after this much delay there should be a person dedicated to inform us on daily basis what’s the status when we should expect someone etc. a 2 mins call would never hurt. 2. I have seen site manager only three times during this 7 months - and let me tell you that we are the one find out several issues on our own bc no one was here to check that. For example edges of the concrete pour was out from both ends, slab was missed for heater, our driveway pavers were scratched by the crew who when requested to move the dirt out of our driveway due to an upcoming party.(btw still waiting someone to take care of driveway pavers) 3. If your vendors are facing COVID issues you MUST hire a new one since this project is already been delayed you shouldn’t be waiting on them. You have been in business for 43 I am sure you have build some relationships? No? 4. Footer should have been caught earlier after the dig happened in October - but we have been informed in Jan. 5. If the first tile was ordered in April 2021 wasn’t available why we have been informed to pick new in January 2022? Then we picked another one and it was also out of stock and we got to know that in March. So at that point I decided to go the supplier store and pick the ones that’s available in stock and confirmed with them right there and asked Lauren to order right away. We regret it big time on choosing our pool builder!!!

Thanks to Natural Springs Pools for designing, planning, and building my incredible pool! Louis in sales and the onsite crew led by Robert were phenomenal! The communication shared with me during the construction was outstanding on a continual basis. My pool is a flawless and an amazing transformation to my backyard. Faster than I ever expected. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to build a pool. Thank you guys for exceeding my high expectations! Dr. Sterling Wesley Chapel

Great customer care, we are still planning our pool and are working with them to come with a design and time for us. We are looking to do a spool in the fall.
