Called because my thermostat was not working. A technician was dispatched the following day. The tech was mike who was very informative and thorough. He explained to me what he was doing and was very personable. Mike was awesome

Got a new Lennox AC installed by C&C in May 2019. Started to having issue (frost formed on the pipe of outdoor unit, ice on the indoor coil) last week just three years later. Called C&C on Sunday, tech came in on Tuesday, insisted my outdoor unit was dirty, needed to be cleaned (extra cost > $500 on top of the $125 visit charge) in order to start to measure the pressure of refrigerant. We asked how much we may have to pay in order to get the AC back and running and he had no idea. We ended up just paid him the visit charge and found another firm to fix the AC.

C and C staff as usual are highly and professional what they promise they deliver and then some. Special thanks to Juan and Hemi who explained the entire job before they even started, protected the floor, surrounding area and even their shoes before they started work. They worked diligently doing the furnace installation stopping every so often to answer my questions. After they completed the installation, they ensured it ran perfectly including the AC they didn't install, and cleaned up the area and took their trash away with. They also explained the work they performed and how the furnace worked before leaving. I now have a contract with C&C and I plan to be a customer for a long time.

Needing replacement and re-positioning my thermostat, I contacted C&C after speaking with one of their service techs (Shane) who was working in my neighborhood. The tech was very helpful by answering questions I had regarding thermostats. C&C service tech Tim Badgley stopped by my home for the installation, but prior to doing this, he surveyed my condo and made some suggestions regarding the installation which saved me a few dollars. The installation went quickly - Tim was very professional with his work, was pleasantly conversational and cleaned up what little debris remained. He also gave me a thorough explanation regarding the programming and use of the smart thermostat. I am totally satisfied with C&C's work and will use them again if I have future needs.

While my AC condenser unit was aging, I have been told by many service representatives that my heating system was the Cadillac of systems. In June this summer my AC unit stopped blowing cool air. This has happened in past years too. I called C&C to come service it and when Jason came to visit, he said we needed a new capacitor. He clearly didn’t check it before leaving because when I got home, the AC was no longer blowing any air and the house was 78 degrees! I called back only to be told someone would be out the next day. I decided to get another option from a different company my sister used. I learned that the condenser needed Freon (R22) not a capacitor and that it was expensive to replenish the system that I should consider replacing the unit. I did some of my own research and called back C&C and spoke to Long. I advised him that I learned not only did Jason break my unit by installing a capacitor, it needed Freon and my electrical air filter had its guts removed and a disposable filter put in its place (this was something I was charged for changing per my multi-year service contract). I told him I was going with a new company and that his guys can come back to get the part they installed that completely broke my system because now there was NO AIR at all coming from the system. This all during the first summer heat wave. Now I HAD to get a new system! Long didn’t send the men back and now is refusing to refund the money I paid for my service contract as well as the part they replaced that didn’t need replacing. I don’t like writing reviews that aren’t positive, however this company has mistreated a long standing customer and has no regard for doing the right thing. I would no longer recommend them unfortunately.

When they installed they made lot of promises but when the township inspection happened we found their work was sub standard and failed the inspection on multiple counts. The forms that were submitted were incorrect and they even cut corners and missed on lot of the codes. After the run around given by the customer service they sent tech who did nothing and said he had no clue what issue needed to be resolved and promised that the next person will fix the issue. The next tech came (Tim) who was worse - extremely rude, obnoxious and unprofessional. He said he had no clue about the issue and had no tools to fix the issue and so the next Tech will need to fix the issue. After getting the run around I have complained to COSTCO and to other agencies about this company. I cannot believe that a company with such poor customer service and workmanship deserves even 1 star!!

From the very beginning of the estimate to job completion, the company exhibited extreme professionalism. Nathan came in and did a very thorough job measuring the rooms and explaining choices of systems without any sales pitches. Max and Pavel showed up on time (early). Max and Pavel are very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. We are very pleased with the service we received from this company. We highly recommend this company based on their service alone. Just had a new water heater installed. Thank you for being there for us. We had been without hot water for 5 days due to 2 other company's promising to install then backing out of the job. Granted it was a tough install but this team was unbelievably professional. From the salesman that came to the house to assess the job to the installers they all did their job and had a plan in place to do it within 24 hours. They replaced pipes where needed improved safety by installing shutoff valves and new pipe. They laid down floor covering to protect the floors and cleaned up their work. Can't say enough good things about this team, great job guys!

We contacted C&C via Costco to inquire about replacing two sets of systems (furnace and a/c x 2); Chris Eneh, sales person, came to our home, examined the systems, and discussed his recommendations with me. Though I contacted two other well known providers, and was up front about it, Chris was the most thorough and took his time; I did not feel rushed. Several months later, when we were ready to initiate the project, I called Chris back, who also brought his lead technician, Rick; they both examined the systems once more, and we agreed on a direction. The team, Juan and Pavel, were exceptional; professional, friendly, knowledgeable, clean. We increased the order to include a water heater replacement, as well. The entire job was completed in two full days, and we are immediately benefiting from the new system. C&C also recommended an air duct cleaner, who was equally excellent, and who also cleaned our dryer and fireplace. Lastly, we purchased a five-year service program from C&C, feeling comfortable that the company which installed the system would be the best to service the system. Highly recommended, and thanks to Costco to referring them to us.

We realize by our raising water bill that we had a leak in our Radiant Heat. We reviewed the optional of having a expert come in for $500 and ID the location of the leak. Than have to use a Jack Hammer to dig up the floor to fix the leak. Since the homes in the Strathmore Area are over 55 years old this could happen many more times in the future. In fact in the next 10 to 30 years this will be a major problem here in Strathmore. The second choice was to go to baseboard heat. This would require the breaking into walls and even door jams if necessary.Also the painting of those rooms affected, This would be the most expensive of all options(3). Both of these first two choices would create a great deal of mess. We decide on a third choice of installing a Furnace for our 1st floor (forced hot air) heat.This takes advantage of the Central Air Conditioning Duct Work. Our existing Boiler still creates the heat for the second floor (baseboard) and the new furnace creates the heat for our 1st floor. We found it to be much cheaper than installing baseboard and not messy to install at all. After calling in several Heating Companies we found that C & C Air and Heating to be the best one to use. They were very reasonable(much less than I expected) and very professional from the Salesman to the individuals who are installing it at my house right this second.
