We had a problem with an installation of almost five years ago. We called the Company and received the very best of customer service. It took a lot of work on the part of the John Heagy Company, as well as Paul and Chuck. Paul was just terrific, as always and Chuck performed excellent craftsmanship. It was a pleasure to deal not only with the Company, but with Paul and Chuck. I love my cabinets and have been so happy with the design and special touches. Susan

We have worked with John and his team twice over the past three years and both experiences were excellent. The first was a kitchen remodel which totally updated and freshened the look of the most important room in the house. Unfortunately, early this year, we experienced a fire in our house and among other problems our beautiful kitchen needed to be redone. John and his team came through again and the kitchen looks great again. Chuck, Henry and the rest of the guys were not only professional, but great to work with. We would use Heagy Remodeling again and recommend them to friends.

Our new kitchen installation has been completed and we are delighted with the project. Every step of the process, from design to installation, was handled in a professional and competent manner. We HIGHLY recommend John Heagy's company.

Everything was great up until the time of reviewing the contract, pre-signing. I saw their Terms and Conditions document expressly excluded from warranty "Repairs of any kind." I asked for simple clarification of their intent, wanting to make sure they would repair any damage to my home caused by their work. Mr. Heagy himself called me to state "many high priced lawyers have looked at this over the years" so he was not going to provide any written clarification, but that it means they "wouldn't repair my roof" for a cabinet job. I won't even begin to explain the absurdity of that explanation within the scope of their contract. Regardless, "due to [my] concern with the verbiage of the contract," the company rescinded their offer to perform the work. First of all, if any attorney actually wrote that provision, they should consider a career change for one of the most vague and ambiguous terms I've seen in a contract in years. Second, to so strictly avoid clarifying repair work leads me to suspect many people have been stiffed with having to find someone else to repair John Heagy's damage. Otherwise, this would have been an extremely simply matter of explaining their intent and moving forward with a contract I was prepared to sign. Warning: sign with this company at your own risk and hope nothing goes wrong; if it does, you're likely to be in a long uphill fight with the company stating they won't repair it.

Great company. Very professional and skilled people. Reasonable price. We have a new underdeck roof that we're very happy with.

Paul was great in helping me pick out all the details of the kitchen cabinet refacing, building an island with new granite and drawers, new backsplash and new kitchen flooring. The installation team was amazing and no one who sees my kitchen can believe they are not new cabinets. I highly recommend John Heagy RRC for your kitchen remodel needs and any construction needs. They have a great showroom too!

Kitchen remodeling. New Cambria brand quartz counter-tops, stainless steel under mount sink with facet and disposal, under cabinet enclosed, new soft close drawers, handles on cabinet drawers and doors, cabinet ends covered with wood veneer, porcelain subway back-splash, under cabinet LED lighting with dimmers and light rail installed on cabinets to conceal, new recessed kitchen ceiling lights with dimmer control. Also new pull out drawers in two full bathrooms and veneer on cabinet sides. Fantastic workmanship, planning, and overall execution. The salesman did a nice job in helping select the materials, and oversee details in completing the project on time and without any problems. The carpenter's high level of skill and concern for customer satisfaction was evident from the first day he began working on our kitchen. The electrician completed all the LED under cabinet and ceiling lighting with excellent attention to providing proper light fixture placements for uniform light. Overall an outstanding great looking kitchen and a fantastic experience! We would highly recommend them for remodeling projects where you want high quality, timely completion and an overly great experience.

Chic Resurfacing kitchen cabinets with new solid wood doors and drawer fronts in Maple wood Kensington design, Bisque color with glazing. Also installed new 24" cabinet over refrigerator, matching crown molding, new knobs, lighting on top of cabinets and Quiet Close hinges on all doors. Our dealings and relationships which we developed with John Heagy and Dan Dixon, residential consultant, were professional, polite and instilled a belief in us that the work would be completed up to the highest standards. We were right!! Wouldn't deal with any other company in the future,

I've hired John Heagy Remodeling, Restoration & Construction twice: once for my kitchen remodel and another time to install gutters and downspouts on my home. For my kitchen remodel, they refaced my cabinets and installed a backsplash, sink, and countertops. I live in a log home and wanted to stick with the Rustic style and Don had great suggestions that stayed in line with my ideas. Throughout the project, all of the employees were very prompt, had excellent communication, and left the worksite spotless every day. One thing I really loved about working with John Heagy Remodeling, Restoration & Construction is that they are a small company. All of the workers are trustworthy, reliable, and personable. The owner himself came out to my house to do the final measurements. I had a great experience working with this company and look forward to working with them again!

We hired John Heagy Remodeling, Restoration, & Construction to reface our kitchen cabinets and they did an excellent job. We had at least three people come out and give estimates, but John was by far the best; very low key, to the point, and affordable. Throughout the project, they had great communication, were always on time, and cleaned up every night. In fact, they even completed the job early! John and his employees went above and beyond what was expected; they even repainted our kitchen island to match the new cabinets! Most importantly, they were trustworthy and reliable. We always felt secure when they were at the house alone, even with our three dogs there! Our kitchen looks like a brand new kitchen and we can thank John Heagy Remodeling, Restoration, & Construction for that. We have and will continue to recommend this company to friends and family.
