When choosing a general contractor for your project, ideally you want to deal with a large enough, financially stable company. Smaller contractors could lead to more financial risk if they don't have the working capital to complete your project in a timely manner. Too many smaller companies depend on draws from other projects before they can order materials or pay labor for yours. However, large companies tend to be more impersonal and don't generally provide the same level of service that you get from a smaller company. At KAIN, we are financially sound. Our parent company, The KAIN Group owns and manages over 100,000 sq ft of commercial space in Canada and hundreds of houses and apartments in the Tampa Bay area. We are also small enough that every client will have our General Manager's personal cell phone number regardless of who manages the project. We used KAIN Contracting for our major renovation / remodeling in Temple Terrace FL. We had four quotes from competitors and and KAIN was in the lower range. KAIN provided service, attention and quality that was an incredible value. They always called before any staff or subcontractors arrived. They were neat and professional. Daniel, the GC and John, the on site Supervisor, were incredibly responsive to any speed bumps that arose which is normal any time you embark on a major renovation. They didn't push any extras and simply did a great job for what was planned. We trust them and will use them if ever needed again.

I hired Kain Contracting to remodel my kitchen and bathroom in a house I was planning to sell after i fixed. Their business was very helpful. Kain Contracting was very efficient in the work they put into the house. They had set goals that were not only manageable, but realistically successful. Never have I ever experienced a company so family oriented, and so caring. They truly believe in customer satisfaction.

I have worked with the people at Kain for a few years, and I have no complaints at all. They explain what they are going to do before hand, all the costs that would be involved and then execute to perfection. There are no price surprises, if something comes up unexpected, they stop and explain and then you have options they will go over with you. Highly recommend.

After a busted pipe in my house I was referred to Kain Contracting by a friend who had used them at their house previously. They responded immediately to get all of the water damaged items removed and completed a dry-out of my entire downstairs. We decided to use them for the repairs and rebuild and couldn't be happier. Ended up having to replace the kitchen cabinets, flooring and drywall on multiple walls. Ruvan was out daily checking on the workers and the progress, while we worked directly with Daniel with selections, price and other items. The end project came out beautiful and couldn't ask for a more smooth project.

I hired Kain Contracting in July 2015 to remodel the second floor of our home by adding a loft for our kids to hang out in. I discussed the ideas we had with one of Kain's employee Daniel C and the finished product was exactly what we were looking for. I could not of been more satisfied with the quality, time and devotion that Daniel had put into the project. I highly recommend Kain Contracting.
