KBC Remodeling

Here are a few reasons why we highly recommend this company. First - Ken and all of his staff are professionals. Chris and John were who I saw on most days, but every staff person (from the most experienced staff members to the newest apprentices) were polite, friendly, and conscientious 100% of the time they were on our property. Second - Ken and his team were the only contractors we interviewed that provided us with solutions (rather than reasons why something couldn't be done). Third - Ken's company had the experience to do the work we needed to have completed. Fourth - They agreed to, (and met) the time frame that we needed. We had 4 months to complete the project (from the time ground was broken to finish) in order to host a wedding reception for our family - and they met the due date with a few days to spare. :-) And finally - their commitment to exceptional and lasting craftsmanship cannot be overstated. I work from home and was present throughout the entire project. i could hear the conversations regarding how to complete different tasks as they were working with their apprentices - so I have 100% confidence in the quality of the work completed on my home. We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen and deck, and will hire KBC again when we want to start our next project.

I am so pleased with the work that KBC did for my family and our home. They knew what they were doing and were able to explain things to me that I didn't understand. They were very professional, and got the work done in a timely manner. If I need anything construction wise in the future. I will definitely be contacting them.

We had a tiny project, but fortunately nothing was too small for Ken. Our refrigerator is set into our cabinets, and newer nominal 36" refrigerators have grown by a little since we had the house built. We needed our space enlarged by about 1/4", or we would have had to go with a much smaller appliance. They were able to mill off just enough from the cabinet trim to gain the space we needed, and the restained wood surface is a perfect match, so you can't tell anything was done unless you pull the refrigerator out and look close. Finally, it also helps that it cost less than we expected!

We love our "new house" ! You couldn't ask for a more trustworthy man. The whole team was professional. Kept everything as clean and neat as possible. True craftsmen. We recommend KBC highly ! Two Thumbs Up !

I was very happy with the result of my kitchen remodel. It was done in a timely manner. All employees and contractors were very professional and courteous. I had never done a remodel to this extent. I responded to a recommendation on Houzz and couldn't be more pleased.

KBC worked with me to remove a couple of load-bearing walls in my 30yo 2-story. They took the time to fully scope the job, and in doing so, found a significant error made by the engineer I hired to do the beam calculations. KBC showed up on the day and time they committed to and every day after until the job was done. They were friendly, professional, and efficient and cleaned up the job site every afternoon before they left. Ken's flexibility allowed me to do all the site prep work, which let me keep the costs down.

We called KBC to make our bathroom handicap accessible prior to my two knee surgeries. They were able to schedule our project prior to my first surgery. Staff were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Each day they left the bathroom was so clean, you'd never have guessed they had been there. They met their deadlines and budget. KBC does quality work and cares! We will definitely call them again.

Gregg and Aaron and company did a great job on our ADA bathroom remodel for our son. We are very happy with the finished project. Our only complaint was it went a week longer than was scheduled as we had to stay in a hotel during the construction and cost us an extra week of hotel expense $$. Other than that they were very easy to work with and would use them again.

Mr Bryan and team at KBC.were very nice to work with. They started and ended the project within the time frame identified and completely cleaned up all of the materials when they finished. I was very pleased with their work and would use KBC again. I have received many compliments on the results.

KBC pretty much gave us a whole new house! Currently, we're at the tail-end of the multiple-phase project. Workers are very friendly & helpful. They always clean up their work area. Ken & staff are very professional & knowledgeable. Absolutely wonderful crew to work with!

I contacted KBC for repair of an exterior window frame and brick molding and garage ceiling damaged by leaking window. In the course of discussion Greg discovered some loose mortar around a few windows. Also, I had intended to get someone to fix our sagging deck. KBC accomplished this, The crew was professional, courteous and efficient and cleaned the worksite perfectly. Very satisfied.
