A full service contractor from design to build, as well as continued maintenance. Here at Botanica we specialize in a variety of different services so we can take care of our customers from project start to finish. We are hardscape specialists in walls, patios, all seasons landscaping, snow removal, and quite a few more. Winter brings remodel of vintage spaces sub floor to shingles and everything in between. Would not recommend for pool installation. Hired to place a 24 foot round above ground pool. Keith rescheduled multiple times throughout the month of July due to his personal health, yet never actually came to the job site to preform the work. He sent two of his employees. One was a "pool expert" and the other was his maintenance guy who had never done this kind of work before. They cut a removed sod, leveled the ground (but it was actually 3 inches off from being level), and tried to place a pool ring and then told us the pool company sent the wrong pool rail. Long story short they did not know how to place the pool ring. We fired the company and Keith agreed to a full refund. Told us he would come by our house 3 separate times and never did. Last contact was Monday. He offered about a 50% refund. We did not accept due to the poor work quality and the amount of time it was taking to complete the project. He let us know he will not be giving a refund at all. We hired another company to place the pool and they had the job completed in one day. Again, do not hire if you are looking for a project to be completed in a timely manner with quality work.

We used Botanica for significant projects at our properties. They were thoughtful in the planning stage, identifying core issues to make the work we were getting done last longer. This includes identifying drainage problems that were undermining existing landscaping and designing to solve the problems. The new retaining wall and other landscaping looks great. They are also great with maintaining properties, including helping plan out an effective maintenance plan for the Spring, Summer and Fall. Good problem solvers. They are mindful of budget concerns and have always worked with us to make sure we are spending our project budget and maintenance dollars in the most efficient manner. And they don't pressure or upsell you, just provide great advice.

Botanica landscape designers has completed several projects for us: retaining walls, drainage issues, grass rehab, tree trimming and fencing. Keith and his crew are practical and knowledgeable. The latest, most useful products are used and the work area is always clean when they leave. We fully recommend Botanica as a solution for outdoor projects of all kinds.

I hired this company to clean up the winters trash so my yard got the full treatment. My yard was beautiful all summer under their constant and loving care. Because of my age, I used them in cleaning my 2000 Square foot home. This was a large job because of the vast array of antiques on display. They left my home in excellent condition. I was so thankful for their loving care of my expensive antiques.

I purchased a home a few years ago with a very large yard that needed an extensive landscape and design overhaul. Botanica was referred to us by a friend and we have worked with them several times. We are very happy with the landscape design, installation and lighting that has been done and have already hired them for additional projects this year. Botanicas' attention to detail and creativity is superb!
