Great experience with Kraftwork design from start to finish with the replacement of a patio sliding door in my home.

Kraftwork Design was easy to work with from the time I called to request an estimate through the completion of the installation of my new windows. I love my new windows and have already received several compliments on them from my neighbors.

Kraftwork design were a fantastic company to work with. The owner makes his own sales call, he is friendly and not pushy at all. They turn up when they promise and the work is exceptional. The replacement windows James recommended are in keeping with our 100 year old house. The work crew were very professional and considerate, they cleaned up after themselves and left the house as they found it. We didn't have one complaint. They did not have to come back and finish any work. It was all completed in the allotted time frame. I would highly recommend Kraftwork, they are a small and personable company and the cost of work is very reasonable.

I used Kraftwork Design for a couple projects in 2018 and I highly recommend them. They are responsive, respectful and provided high quality work in all areas. I had to have my roof and skylights replaced due to hail damage. They did a wonderful job working with my insurance to make sure that I was able to complete the necessary work without any hassle. I also had them install all new windows and siding for my house. They were amazing! Anytime I had a question, someone got back to me right away. They did a beautiful job on my home, on-time and within budget - no surprises! I will be using them again for a kitchen remodel soon.

I was in the market for new windows to replace the original single-pane aluminum windows in my 1960's townhome. I narrowed down the companies I wanted quotes from through research with the BBB and friend's recommendations. Kraftwork came in with a competitive estimate for my 7 windows, but what I liked most about them was that James was very friendly, informative, and not at all pushy. He also talked through different window options that would work for my needs and space. While another company came in at a slightly lower estimate, they were really pushy about my signing a contract that day. I knew at that point that I wanted to go with Krafwork Design. Life happens, and I wasn't in a place to get the project started for another 6 months after the initial quote. James came to the house a second time to go over exactly what I wanted, since I did want to make some changes from the original quote. He was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to get the project rolling soon afterwards, and everyone that I talked to and worked with from Kraftwork was polite and informative. The installation went smoothly and I am really pleased with the final product. The windows are a huge upgrade, and I couldn't be happier with the whole process.

I am so glad I found Kraftwork Design for my most recent window replacement. I was in a pinch with an appraisal deadline, and the big box stores were all booked many weeks out. The owner personally came to measure for my quote, they stayed on budget and schedule. The install went really smooth and everyone was very professional. The windows look great! I regularly renovate properties, and I will be using Kraftwork again.

What a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner. We were pleased with the quote and the documentation provided us to easily obtain HOA approval. James was personally involved throughout the process. Great Company!!! We had a friend refer us to Kraftwork Design. They did their research getting estimates, background, and other information from several other companies before a final decision. We are so glad we went with them! Their prices were far better than all the other companies! I am more than impressed with Kraftwork Design! James & his team came to my home, measured everything, met with my HOA to be sure everything matched the building requirements, and he got me a $700 discount. There were a few unexpected delays, but this was not Kraftwork Design's fault. The factory has not shipped your door yet and I don't have an exact eta on it, but they are thinking the next 10 days it will arrive. As you know, I was pretty upset with all of the issues and delays I have had with this door, so I made several complaints and finally reached the VP. I was able to get a $700 discount from the supplier as a result of all of my extra man hours encored, related to this delay, so I would like to extend that $700 to you. I normally don't leave reviews but Kraftwork deserves it. I was referred by a friend and I am so happy I was! James is very friendly and personable. Kraftwork made the whole process easy (which in my previous experience with other contractors has not been). Like other people have said the best thing about them is their efficiency, cleanliness and the price!! I will definitely use them in the future.
