Ludvik at My Bespoke Bathroom Ltd does more than just bathrooms! For us he built an extension and renovated the entire ground floor. The brief was to build an extension, new kitchen/diner, convert an old kitchen into a utility and wet room, create new snug and sitting room - including new underfloor heating system and full redecoration. The project was completed while we (family of 4) continued to live there. Ludvik has particular strengths in design. He has vision and was always able to offer alternatives and options. He was particularly good at giving us ideas to deliver our aims and coming up with solutions and ideas when needed. He always presented us with costed options and responded thoughtfully to concerns or ideas we had - even when they were new or late. The end result is practical, sometimes inventive and always beautiful. Ludvik project managed all works and was the sole contact for the duration of the build, managing his team and sub-contractors. He was knowledgable on all construction matters and materials, but also design, procurement and even administration e.g. building control liaison. We met weekly to discuss progress, issues and options, which was a highly effective arrangement, minimising hassle and ensuring we got exactly what we wanted. The quality of the work at completion of project is excellent across the board, from construction to engineering to painting and decoration. Generally Ludvik and his team met both budget and deadlines - and where they did not was usually a result of our decisions to amend the brief during the project. We would recommend him and My Bespoke Bathroom very highly and intend using them again.

Ludvik undertook the total renovation and extension of my Central London maisonette flat, including the installation of an additional utility room and guest toilet, a roof terrace, a master bedroom extension and a complete revision of the original floor plan. He and his team are attentive, top-quality, experienced professionals. Ludvik is a great project manager, who had inherited the project after an architect had bungled the planning and failed to produce an acceptable design scheme. With Ludvik, there was no need for an external architect or designer, as he, his team, and his professional network proved more than sufficient. He completed the job within the time frame, within a reasonable budget, to high spec, and also has provided aftercare services. He has great design sensibilities and an understanding of aesthetics. as well as trade relationships with top quality materials suppliers and decor vendors.

It was a pleasure to work with Ludvik on our bathroom project. He is passionate about what he does and works really hard to make his projects as great as possible. Ludvik is very reliable, always turning up on time, and communicated well throughout our project. He came up with some excellent storage ideas that I wouldn't have thought of. It was great to know that, if there was a problem, Ludvik was able to work out a solution and deal with it without involving us in unnecessary minutiae. He quoted accurately, and we felt we had excellent value for money from him and his team. If I had another bathroom I'd ask him back to do it!

Ludvik and his team have been working on my house for the past couple of years doing various jobs such as: relandscaping my back garden, redoing a whole floor flooring (engineered wood floor and tiles), fixing my roof terrace that was leaking. He and his team are professional and friendly and it's great after-sales service! My bespoke bathroom is a one-stop shop for building work, well beyond just bathroom work!

Ludvik did an excellent job replacing the bathroom and kitchen in our flat (when we sold the estate agent asked if I was an architect for the excellent use of space - I'm not). We hired him again when we moved to a house and ingeniously he managed to squeeze in a third bathroom on the top floor.

Ludvik and his team are highly skilled and highly professional. Ludvik is passionate about his projects and will happily offer ideas for how best to achieve them for you. We had a deadline to complete a full renovation and they did everything they could to achieve it before our baby was born. Importantly we always trusted his team in our home. They kept things as clean and tidy as they could and never left us without power/heating or water. Ludvik has some real characters on his team who I hope will do work for us in the future. Being a large project, the budget was stretched but the final finish of the project was not compromised. We are extremely happy with the work Bespoke Bathrooms performed for us. As with any major work in your home there were moments of stress and tension but ultimately we found that it was always possible to work with Ludvik to find a fair solution in the end. If we undertake major works again in the future we will definitely invite bespoke bathrooms to quote!
