It was great working with Jason on this renovation. He worked with us closely every step of the way making thoughtful suggestions and answering all of our questions. He had some great ideas that helped us to lay out an overall plan for the project. He was very reliable during the entire process. We have worked with numerous contractors and Jason was by far the best. Any issues were resolved quickly and he was responsive to all of our questions and requests. He spent a considerable amount of time with us in the store choosing patterns and materials and paid attention when we described our vision. We hired Loon Rustics for a full renovation of our condo at Loon Mountain. I'm so thankful that we did! Jason handled everything, and was a huge help with design decisions. He built us an amazing stone fireplace, which is now the focal point of the condo. The kitchen and bathrooms can out even better than I had hoped. I would definitely recommend Loon Rustics.

Jason was absolutely wonderful to work with, and our condo renovation was outstanding! He was very responsive to all of our questions, helped us with the design, and was highly efficient. I believe he obtained the best prices possible for our project, and we were highly satisfied. We also purchased furniture from Loon Rustics, and some beautiful framed art and decor- we love it all! He would send us pictures along the way during our renovation, which took about 6 weeks. This was great because we don't live in the area and could not check on it in person. Excellent job- thrilled with the outcome!

We hired Loon Rustics to renovate our condo at Loon Mountain. Jason ran the project, coordinated the subs and did a fantastic job. He came up with creative ideas (such as encasing our murphy bed with barn board, and putting nice hardware on it so it looks like a closet) and was very communicative with me during each phase so that I was kept in the loop and knew what was going on. It is always a challenge to complete a renovation when you are not on site - but I can attest that Jason did everything perfectly and on a timely basis. He also goes out of his way to take deliveries, and accommodate your every need. I give Jason and Loon Rustics an A+. Very nice to work with, competitively priced and great workmanship!

We hired Loon Rustics to manage the renovation of our ski condo in Lincoln, NH. We remodeled the kitchen, the fireplace, painted and installed new flooring and carpet in the condo and are completely pleased with the end result. Most importantly, they were willing to go above and beyond to help us with the renovation, given that our full time residence is in Massachusetts. Jason at Loon Rustics took care of our condo renovation. WE had a new kitchen designed and installed, as well as all new flooring(carpet and wood flooring), and a new stone fireplace and doors. Jason made things very easy by having a great selection of materials in his showroom and he managed everything while we were at our primary residence 3 hours away. He was very good communicating with us, even taking pictures to show us the progress. He also helped pick out some new light fixtures and blinds. We would recommend him to anyone!
