When I purchased my condo in a large building with many other units, I chose Kraemer Associates for the COMPLETE renovation of the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit. Throughout the renovation, Kraemer Associates were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone undertaking a major renovation. To this day, I still get compliments on the layout and quality workmanship evident in every room.

We contracted Lance Kraemer Associates to design a kitchen expansion/new mud room in our ranch. We are very pleased with the final design which flows the new roof lines very well into the existing roof lines. Lance also provided excellent support with the township approvals/permits.
