I had quartz countertops installed. The site measurement was exact & the installed countertop was an excellent fit to the old kitchen walls, no gaps. They were able to cut an L-shaped countertop in one piece rather than having seams. The sink cut-out was measured at the time of site measurement and was done prior to the install reducing dust and clean-up. My kitchen was ready for business before the installers left my home. The owner and staff were easy to talk to in sharing ideas and getting the job details just right. The installers were polite & careful in my home. The entire process from selection, quotation, to ordering and install was accomplished in a timely fashion.

Fil from Maiorana was recommended as the best installer in each of the stores we visited to select our granite slabs. It was a pleasure working with a professional company that operates with pride. Being a co-owner at Holyrood Construction Ltd we have been in business since "69" and have tried a number of the Granite /Stone counter top installers in Edmonton over the years; from the early years of just a hand full of reputable companies to today, where there seems to be a stone cutter on every corner. Our cabinet maker, Mark, from Peachwood Custom Cabinets highly recommended Fil as the guy to do our counter tops. We are really glad we took Mark’s advice. Fil was great to work with. He met us several times at the supplier to look at stone slabs. His advice and knowledge was greatly appreciated. Because the stone we picked had some interesting features, Fil included us on when deciding how everything was laid out. We really felt part of the whole process. Working with Maiorana Stone was great from beginning to end. When we were choosing the stone, Fil met us at the warehouse and we talked about the choices we had made in terms of durability and stain/etching possibilities. It really helped us make an informed decision. He worked with our builder to ensure the countertops would look perfect once the granite was installed. The last thing we did in our build was the powder room and Fil suggested we do a softer edge on the furniture style vanity. It looks beautiful and suits the space well. He has a ton of knowledge about stone, is a perfectionist when it comes to the install, and has an eye for design. Highly recommend them!
