About Steve: Steve Jones built Merlin Contracting on a commitment to maintain the highest quality building standards and to treat people with integrity, respect and compassion. This is exemplified in the fact that numerous multi-million dollar homes were realized with a handshake rather than a contract. About Bart: Bart Jones was living in Hawaii managing, and marketing agricultural businesses, and developing facilities for processing agricultural products. In 1994 Merlin Contracting’s growth required Bart Jones to move from Hawaii to Las Vegas as a field supervisor. In 1998 he became the CFO and managed the evolution of Merlin Contracting’s transition to a fully technologically advanced company while still focusing on the priority of keeping personal contact with our homeowners.
