Basically a criminal corporation, taking your money and not paying subcontractors. Left numerous projects unfinished, unpaid bills, and homeowners with property liens. They will look you in the face and tell you the project is going well while charging you an arm and a leg for multiple levels of "administrative staff" that are purportedly working on your project. Darryl and his company are basically a gang of thieves. DO NOT TRUST AT ANY COST.

Darryl will tell you anything you want to hear. Inferior work and unprofessional project management just ask all the owners of SunRivers Talasa in Kamloops, BC. Still fixing issues that Mibroc, Cambri has failed to fix. Bailed on the project to build a village centre and two other buildings.Made promises to build a village centre just to get your money and bailed to Calgary to set up yet another company under yet another name ( Mitchel Brock) Has not paid his bills in Kamloops.Warranty work not completed.Does build an amazing web site though. Not recommended as a builder/developer.

Outsiders

Outsiders.ca was hired to complete a custom exterior on a very unique residence for Mitchell Brock. The home owner and architect had very specific details which we accomplished on time and on budget. This was done with the support of the onsite supervisor and project manager whom were always available to answer our questions and consider our recommendations. The accounts payable department has kept within our payment terms and has been pleasant to do business with. The Outsiders Inc. looks forward to another project with Mitchell Brock. R. We hired MiBroc to add an extensive addition to our lake front home as well as landscaping including a tennis court and natural rock walls dividing the property areas.. Projects of this magnitude will always have challenges along the way, however the entire team did an outstanding job with amazing customer service and follow through. We are very happy with the outcome.
