We’re here to help you design the home of your dreams, no matter how big or small. STEP ONE: DISCOVERY PHONE CALL All of our projects begin with a free 20-minute Discovery Phone Call. We want to chat with you about your project, what you need help with and let you get to know us better! During our phone call, we will explain our services and if we’re a fit for you, we’ll schedule a 2-Hour Consultation. STEP TWO: CONSULTATION After our Discovery Phone Call, we’ll move forward with a new construction or remodel consultation which is a $525 investment. The Consultation takes place in either your home or our office and during our meeting we will walk through your floor plans or your home, talk about your plans and vision for your future or current home and take notes and measurements. We’ll discuss what our processes look like and what you can expect from working with us going forward. STEP THREE: CONSULTATION FOLLOW-UP AND PROPOSAL Following our Consultation, we will send you all of our notes and measurements from our meeting in addition to our proposal of services that is customized for you based on the scope and location. If everything is a fit, we’ll invite you to our office to have you sign our contract and our journey together will officially begin!
