We have lived in the neighborhood with Mike and Suzanne for 20+ years. We have watched as they have built many beautiful custom homes, each one unique and perfectly finished to the last detail. They have a reputation for being best builders around, so when we decided to build a new home we did not even question who we wanted to build it. We chose a very modern home and they were excited to begin the adventure with us. They are very genuine, honest people and very knowledgable about every facet of the building process. I think Suzanne has every measurement memorized! She also has an innate sense for design. Mike will help you accomplish your dream and even go out of his way to pick up that something extra you need to complete the project. He is a master in laying out the house perfectly with the topography of the lot. Together they make an amazing team! We love our new modern house.

Updated: ALWAYS get a home inspection and a radon inspection (even for new construction)! I must say that the quality of this home deserves 5 stars, however, I have no other choice at this time, except to amend my rating to 3 stars due to their lack of attention after multiple requests for a meeting at our home to review findings from a home inspection report. Original Post: Building a new home with ACH. Outstanding service and quality of work thus far! Blessed to be a part of their portfolio of homeowners. Can’t wait until move in day.

We did a lot of research on builders and evaluated style, quality and craftsmanship. We selected Abernathy Custom Homes as they were by far the best in all three. They are extremely professional and had higher standards/ expectations of things than we did. Can't say enough and would highly recommend consulting their services. We are so happy with our new home!

I was looking to build a modern home and they delivered it. They are excellent builders and great human beings . They go extra mile for their client and treat you like family . Suzane is brilliant and master planet in my opinion and Mike is super nice guy who really Watched out for me and went to battle with some issues that I was having with pool people and another builder , I have very positive experience and will use them again i.

First time home buyers and builders here! Suzanne and Mike Abernathy have been absolutely incredible throughout our entire home buying and building process. We were apprehensive at first since we’ve never bought or built but they assured us they would guide us the entire time. They have been available for everything from from minor changes to design ideas. They truly made us feel like part of their family and have built us a BEAUTIFUL home. 100% custom top to bottom. I will never build with anyone else. Newnan and Coweta County are lucky to have this wonderful couple providing beautiful homes!

My husband and I explored several surrounding area's of Atlanta. Once we found the subdivision of where the Abernathy's have build many quality homes, it was a go for us. Our decision was made. The Abernathy's were highly recommended, and we have no regrets in choosing them to build our home. They have taken such personal pride in building our beautiful dream home. They both represent top notch professionalism and precise perfection in their work. After moving in, there were a few items that needed some minor adjustments that was taken care of in a prompt manner. During a recent storm that destroyed homes in Alabama and Georgia, I felt quite safe, and in one area of our home, it was so peaceful whereby we could not hear the sound of wind and rain. Our home represents love and peace. I grateful that our builder/contractors represented the same. It has been of great pleasure working with them.

After our first impromptu meeting with Michael and Suzanne, my husband and I knew we wanted them to build our home. In addition to their savvy business sense, impeccable customer service and professionalism, they exude genuineness and integrity that puts you at ease before, during and after the construction process. They addressed any and all concerns and reassured us if we had any uncertainties. The end result was a beautiful home, that doesn't just look pretty but is functional and built well. There were no stones left unturned in our build. We got everything we asked for and were pleasantly surprised with amenities that we didn't expect. Now I can't tell you to choose them as your builders but I'm telling you to choose them as your builders. You will not be disappointed!

Suzanne and Michael Abernathy were great to work with during our new construction. This is our third house being built from ground zero so we are familiar with the building process. They did an excellent job building what we feel is a quality house. Suzanne and Michael 's knowledge of all aspects of building was definitely a plus. They were both very responsive to addressing issues that we all know will surface in the building process. They were very receptive to our ideas and always tried to incorporate those ideas. They made the experience enjoyable and we feel we have made two good friends in the process.
