My representative at Montreal Lighting was Salvatore Martino who was more knowledgeable about lighting than I expected. I ordered indoor & outdoor lighting, fans & step lights. He would research for me if he didn't know at the outset and he would reply outside of regular business hours. He followed up my order with tracking details and everything with my order was entirely satisfactory. Psst, his extension at Montreal Lighting is 244.

We purchased a light fixture online and realized the color was not what we expected. We paid a 25% restocking fee in addition to the cost of return shipping. We are extremely disappointed that we lost over $350 (US dollars). I do not recommend using this company for online purchases if there is any chance you may have to return it. Other companies have much better return policies.

We're super happy with Montreal Lighting and our sales rep, Sabrina. They have a great selection, competitive pricing and free delivery. The service has always been very good also, we've had to make a few returns and they were handled professionally and timely.

I bought 2 classic modern pendant lights from Montreal lighting a few months ago. The lights arrived in very good time and were well packaged. I love these beautifully styled modern lights, they are installed over an island and look fabulous.

Montreal Lighting is a breath of fresh air in the city. They have lights I couldn't find anywhere else and their prices are very reasonable. Even when they didn't carry the particular model that I found on line, our rep. went out of his way to provide or find it at a better or comparable price. Montreal Lighting & Hardware was able to provide me, at a very nice discount, with a complete set of high- end door knobs to replace all the original ones in my new home. They also referred me to an installer who was familiar with the tricky installation of this product, and who noticed immediately that each box was missing a crucial part. The staff member at the store arranged for the supplier to send the parts directly to me. When I received the wrong ones, the staff member arranged for the correct parts to be sent overnight to me, and they arrived in time for my installer to complete the job on schedule. I love my new doorknobs, which look great and are comfortable for my sensitive hands. I'm very happy with the service I received from Montreal Lighting & Hardware. I should also add that this store carries innovative lighting products and styles I have not seen elsewhere.
