We would highly recommend building a home with J.A. Yancey and Associates. From the first time we sat down and met with Jeff and his team, we were impressed with the quality of their work and sample floor plans that they shared with us. They were receptive to our requests and budget, and made all of our desired changes the floor plan. During the building process, everyone was extremely responsive to our questions. It was also very easy to make some slight changes that naturally came up along the way. This type of customer service truly made a positive impact when going through the process of building a home. Our end product was a dream home come true, and it wouldn’t have been possible without all of their help. We would just like to say Thank You again for everything and helping us build our dream home! The house is absolutely beautiful and we are looking forward to the memories to come.

It was truly a pleasure working with Natalie throughout the home building process. She was very helpful in every aspect even when it wasn't something she would normally handle. She never appeared frustrated when we had a million and one questions or decided on something only change our mind at the last second. The home building process is/can be very stressful at times especially when you are picking out and designing every aspect of the home. Love my home built by Jeff. This company has great subs that do quality work, are friendly, and consultative. There is always someone on the team that is accessible for questions. Jeff is an engineer and has an eye for detail and perfection. he is great to work with and able to give helpful feedback with design. I refer all my friends, family, and clients to this team.

My husband and I met with several builders before selecting J.A. Yancey & Associates. We were very impressed with what Jeff could offer us, creating the a beautiful custom home that we wanted within our budget. Natalie joined the team about half way through the building process and is absolutely delightful and a wonderful addition to Jeff's team. She is willing to share ideas, follow up on any outstanding issues in a very timely manner, and has excellent customer service talents. We could not be happier with the experience or the outcome.
