Nature Stone Flooring

Brian was very diligent in trying to correct an issue with the Nature Stone in the garage. Top notch individual!

We have an issue with our outside patio. Stone is turning white in spots, despite being coated every year. Also, the picture shows a crack that was " repaired " last year. The most frustrating thing is their service AFTER installation is almost non existent. I just called today to schedule an appointment for service. I was told I can't schedule until the end of March or early April. Same thing happened last year, and somebody didn't show up until August, and the picture shows the quality of the work. Another " trouble shooter" came out in September to investigate the white areas. He took pictures and said he'd have their chemists look at it. 5 months later, still waiting for an answer. Nature Stone is very attentive if you're getting an installation. After that, you're basically on your own.

Tony T came out to apply the sealer to our patio that was done last year. Tony was on time, courteous, neat and knew exactly what he was doing.

On Monday, June 14 Duane was the professional who came out to apply the top coat on our 5 year old Nature Stone flooring in our garage. We had prepared the floor the Wednesday before (June 9) per instructions we had been given. Before Duane began the process, he discovered one small area was not dry. We thought we were going to have to reschedule. To our delight, Duane came up with a solution. He had a heavy-duty fan that he set up in our garage that would dry that area so that he could return Tuesday morning, June 15, and do the job. Duane was very personable. He answered any questions we had. He went that extra mile to find a solution. It was a pleasure working with him.

Brandon Day and Kyle Cook from Nature Stone arrived on time as scheduled! They both were friendly and explained the entire process before they started. These two guys really know what they are doing! They worked hard without breaks until the job was done! My wife and I are very pleased with the finished job these guys did! I would tell anyone who asks, is it really worth it? hired Nature stone to repair the front porch of our house which had crumbled and was falling apart. It does look very nice and the crew that installed it was very professional. My only complaint is it took 2 days to complete but we were forced to pay the last 1/2 of the bill that was due after the 1st day, not when the job was completed. We had already given them a substantial down payment when we signed the contract and I found this very odd.

WORST outdoor flooring i ever had! They will not repair or maintain all up to homeowner, Much better option out there now. VERY messy job repairing and sealing, lots of lose stones dave
