To Whom it may concern, Rarely has someone impressed my wife and me as much as Nick Hayes has. Nick and his amazing foreman Chris built our dream Buderim home with an exceptional level of care, competence, professionalism and importantly pride and quality of workmanship other builders can only aspire to. Nick and his team never cuts corners and genuine trust was earned in a short space of time due mainly to Nick's exceptional character, attention to detail and communication. Most of Nick's subcontractors involved with our build freely told us that Nick was their most preferred builder to work for. I propose this is a key part of why Nick delivers an overall superior product; Nick attracts and retains the best subcontractors. Nick Hayes is a true professional and inspiration to anyone in business where he naturally exceeds benchmarks others may only speak of. Nick's industry awards support this. Nick radiates 'old school' accountability and offers stability to a project which for us was a major undertaking. Our new neighbours have praised Nick and his team for being respectful of existing residents and always with impeccable presentation of team members and even many observations with regards to the tidiness of the building site. Charlotte and I are grateful to now live in a beautiful quality home that Nick Hayes Constructions has built. The build was completed in time and with no unexpected variations. Nick built our house on the Sunshine coast. The total cost of the project was over $1,320,000. He did a fantastic job and is highly recommended. I will never use a another builder.

We added a major extension to our waterside Spanish-style house. The extension was required to conform to the authentic build of the original dwelling. Nick Hayes Construction saw this project as an interesting and unusual challenge. Nick was given plans which were rather poor and short on detail. He contributed significant input into the design and engineering from his experience. The project was managed very well, attention to detail was excellent, timing was as committed, and communication excellent. We are very happy with the result, and would not hesitate to use Nick Hayes Construction in the future.

Nick Hayes Constructions did our major home renovation which we are told constantly due to the quality workmanship and high level of detail that it does not look like a renovation Nick and his team are very professional and fantastic to work with They work to deadlines never any excuses and I strongly recommend them

We heard of Nick through a friend who had also had their house built thorough him and they couldn't say enough about how genuine and up front he was. We had a meeting and we could see what they meant. His price was in the middle range of quotes we received, but our friends who have built new before mentioned the cheaper quotes will likely come in with 'unforeseen' and will likely be using inferior fixings / fittings so cheap will likely not be 'cheap' in the end. Nick insists on quoting with fittings which will last the test of time (ie. stainless steel fixings). So we took the plunge and his professionalism and follow up with any issues were a stand out and he's a great guy so just make the whole experience easy. Most importantly of all we have our dream home and it's finish is amazing. Can't recommend enough.

We hired Nick to complete our upstairs renovations and will be doing so again for our downstairs renos. His attention to detail and professionalism were the biggest draw cards. We were so grateful for his guidance along the way in helping to choose and especially source good quality and custom materials and fittings. The end result was a perfectly polished finish.
