Excellent Project Management and craftmanship in my new bathroom. Working FIFO I thought I would never have the time, but they managed it so well with me being away. Professional work and communication at all times and would highly recommend this business to anyone as staff were extremely trustworthy.

Really impressed by Simon, James, Jack and especially Bruce for the fantastic job the team did on my ensuite reno. Mrs really loved it and the workmanship was top notch. Cheers again boys

Simon and the team at On The Ball have done an amazing job transforming our old laundry and bathroom from impractical eyesores to the absolute stand out features of the house. All of the guys were professional, friendly and, above all else, incredible at their trades. I can't recommend their services enough.

My wife and I have been highly impressed with everything - from start to finish from the team at On the Ball. First class workmanship from a friendly & respectful group of professionals. We've now done two bathrooms with On The Ball and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We hired ontheball to renovate our ensuite, main bathroom and laundry. We love the end result and highly recommend their services. From the moment we contacted James to the finish line, communication was easy, minor issues and changes we asked for were attended to promptly, all tradies were professional and easy to deal with and Simon, the owner, was really on the ball (no pun intended). We would hire them again in a heartbeat!

This review is not based on any completed work, but our experience with the quoting process. We met with James, for a smaller job which was just tiling the bedroom and two bathrooms and showers. They typically handle larger projects as they do full renovations, but were willing to quote us on the job. We still wanted to receive a quote because we appreciated their reputation of the community and reviews. After talking with James about our project, we found out that they are booking out 3 to 4 months, which we understood. Unfortunately, we are on a tighter timeline, so James was kind enough to give us some contacts in the community that may be able to help us with this timeline. He was extremely professional, had great insight on our project in regards to what issues we were going to have in the project. I would recommend this company to anyone, and hope that they will do a good job for you. I cannot attest to their workmanship, but based on the information we received about the training their employees get, I don’t think we would be dissatisfied… And in addition I did a lot of research looking at their past projects and was very happy with what I saw. Not sure why I wrote the review but just wanted to award a decent person which we haven’t had a lot of!

My husband and I were very impressed initially showroom. lots of displays and color options, I am a visual person so being able to see everything all in one place was very helpful for me and if James didn't have it there he had what seemed like thousands of other bathrooms they had done that matched my layout. The team during our family bathroom reno were very attentive and helped us with all our questions. People will think he was paid to care but James really went above and beyond for us with any late change we wanted he didn't stress us out once we had heard about friends who had renovated from other places and it sounded like a nightmare so we were honestly really happy. Currently planning our second bathroom renovation as we speak :)

These guys are a pro outfit! a pleasure to work with them! Handled the entire project with ease and we look forward to working with them on the next one.

Jack I have to say did an absolutely fantastic tiling job on my Bathrooms. James and Shane did a great job planning it but I just wanted to say the tiling jack did was fantastic! He arrived too early every morning which drove me and wife a little crazy as we like to sleep in but he went above and beyond we love the overall bathroom but are really impressed with the bathroom would highly recommend

We used on the ball bathrooms to refurbish our main bathroom into a modern shower room and are delighted with the result achieved by James and his expert team. We had a prompt 8am start each day and all the tradesmen came in as scheduled over the two weeks. The old bathroom was completely stripped out and taken away on the first day, and not left outside unsightly. The ceiling and whole room were re-plastered, and the tiling on the walls and floor done beautifully by Jack. Paul, Jack and Paul and all the tradesmen did an excellent and professional job. Mess was kept to a minimum as protective coverings were laid, and at the end of each day they tidied up very well inside and out - Jack would mop his way out the front door! James was lovely and friendly, and kept us informed along the way. On the ball Bathrooms have provided us with a personal and professional service and a beautiful new shower room

My partner and I contacted 5 bathroom companies for quotes and only 3 turned up. James and on the ball were the most professional of the three companies and it was an easy choice to hand over bathroom over to them to renovate. A quote was provided within hours of our bathroom being viewed. I found James professional and courtesy with his emails and phone calls. Any issues were dealt with promptly and emails were returned super fast. We are over the moon with our bathroom and couldn't recommend On the ball bathrooms more highly. What was once an old rotten bathroom, is now a beautiful bathroom we are proud of. Thanks Dana and John

I bought a house that was almost 60 years old. Besides requiring new wiring and plumbing, the bathrooms were both ugly and functioned poorly. I hired on the ball because they had redone the bathrooms in my previous residence and I had been very happy with the results. They worked well with a team of guys to bring my house up to livability and secured all correct council permissions for me to install a bathroom in my basement which was to become my studio. One of On the Balls great strengths is that they pays attention not only to the functionality of the spaces they alter but to the aesthetics and to small details that could easily be overlooked. The main bathroom was tiny and inconvenient. Shane knocked out the linen closet next to it creating much more space and a perfect place for the bathtub. He installed a heater and good lighting. Again, because i am short, he installed the shower at a height that works for me. Besides the fittings the advice on selecting everything from flooring, to tiles to tubs and sinks has been invaluable. Shane and James have good taste combined with his sensitivity to my needs, extensive knowledge of materials and processes and his ability to think outside the box have created a home I love to live in and inviting to my friends.
