Oshawa Carpet One Floor & Home

Awful experience would never recommend using Carpet One! Our trim downstairs was nicely cut on an angle, our upstairs trim was slapped down strait cut ( I could have cut this) and the response from Carpet One was “we have completed all work that was agreed upon in your contract”. I’m not sure how Carpet One can justify different levels of the house being done differently in the same contract.

Working with Oshawa Carpet One Floor and Home has always been a great experience. Not only do they carry quality products, they are reliable, knowledgeable and always happy to entertain any "design" requests I may have for them. My clients have always been pleased with the end results, as are we, and I look forward to working with them on many more new and exciting projects.

This is a great store. I had gone to 3 other stores to purchase carpet for my basement, hands down this store had the best customer service. They were friendly and patient, worked with me to help me choose a great carpet within my price range, zero pressure to upsell me to something I couldn't afford. The installers were professional and did an excellent job. I'm so pleased and happy, absolutely love the carpet and how it looks and feels. I will definitely return and buy again. Thank you !

This company was awesome to work with from start to finish. Salesperson Will was very knowledgeable and offered great advice. We were able to get what we wanted done quickly and under budget. Also want to mention Mark, who was our installer - very friendly and did a great job. Overall, a great experience.

I couldn't be happier with the job the folks at Carpet One did with our recent installation. Will was very helpful in the store and during the measurement and the installers were second to none and did a great job with the cleanup. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Carpet One.

My Wife and I were very pleased with all the help and advice given to us by the staff at Oshawa Carpet One. We walked in having gone to many other carpet stores and not being able to find a carpet we loved. We spoke to Will who instantly started to take us around the store showing us only carpet pieces that matched what we wanted. He did not pressure us or try to tell us what we wanted. From that point forward he was with us every step of the way and always made sure we were updated and answered every little question we could come up with. On the day of the installers showed up on time and were very professional and pleasant to have in our home. Even when an unexpected power outage set us back, they took it in stride and worked around it as best they could. This company did an amazing job for us from beginning to end and we will be recommending them to all of our friends!!

We were very pleased with the whole process of choosing our new carpet from our visit to the store, the home visit to measure, and the installation. Mike, our sales clerk, was a complete gentleman giving us great advice and the installers were quick, efficient, hard working employees. The carpet looks great and we have received lots of compliments on it. We would most definitely give our business again to Oshawa Carpet One.
