From the 1st minute of my initial phone conversation with Bill from Delicious Decors I was confident that this was finally going to be the right company to stage a 700 sq. ft. terrace above a Beverly Hills penthouse for me. He was a good listener and understood my goals and concerns. In a timely manner a professional had gone to see the property and had communicated her ideas with me. We hired Lisa to stage a home in the Tarzana hills. She felt the most effective style for the market now is a variant on Mid Century Modern. What I really admire about Lisa and recommend her work is that she was recommending the style that she felt sells homes rather than the style I like. That takes courage.
