Alea Moore in the last week Completely ruined our wood floors. The boards weren't straight from end to end (true). We had to call every day for two weeks to finally get someone to help us with a solution- to which they felt the only solution would be to rerun all our floors shaving precious wood off that we paid foor. We learned from multiple folks in the industry that is was because they were careless and didn't take care of the wood while running it. They didn't know how to manage a wide plank appropriately to make sure it was suitable for wood floors. The owner of this company was very rude and unprofessional in taking care of our solution. Would never recommend this company and suggest you stay far far away from them with your precious materials.
