My pool/patio build experience with Pools By Bradley was above expectations! Bradley and Megan (owners) were hands-on when needed and always with a smile. Their staff is experienced and very professional. Joe Chuparkoff and Carole Elberg were always available and quick to resolve any issue that arose. Tyana, Brandon and Tim efficiently coordinated finish work and pool school. The construction site was minimal and workers were respectful of my property. My new pool is stunning and gets rave reviews from friends and family! I highly recommend Pools By Bradley to create your beautiful dream pool.

1 year update review. The team at PBB did an outstanding job. It’s hard to describe the incredible work and dedication each person gave to make our dream pool a reality. During the pool build my daughter passed away. PBB team all came out to visit and bring us a memorial tree to put in our new pool oasis. In honor of our daughter. They brought presents for my granddaughter. While my daughter was sick with cancer they even stopped by with presents to help her through chemo. They are more than pool builders. They actually care about their customers. They honestly care. Now let’s talk about my pool. Aaron helped us designed it. I absolutely love everything he did. He gave us so many ideas and I seriously put him through a lot of crazy. He never minded sending me pictures or talking through ideas. Our tile guys Steve and Jimmy were talented and worked through a hurricane. Yes they did. They even let us help. (Mostly for pics). We really loved them. Chris, Austin, and Matt worked the hardest trying to make our pool do all of the fun things that Aaron designed. I could call them anytime and they were there to help. Yes even after the pool was done they are always there for me. Our plumber definitely had a big job and he did outstanding too. Everything works perfectly. Tyanna was our project manager and she handled our questions. She is the sweetest person and made sure I knew what was happening along the way. The owners Megan and Bradley should be proud of their team and I know they are. As owners they take pride in the pools they build. I cannot thank everyone enough. We love our pool and feel like we gained a family. Special thanks to Megan for the love she gave us during our daughter’s cancer and death. She called to check on us and picked out a beautiful tree. Emily got to see her daughter go for her first swim and it was perfect. Yes I recommend PBB and hope anyone reading this will chose them for their next pool.

We have always wanted to get a pool from Pools By Bradley and our previous home did not have the space. So when we built our new home in Tuskawilla I immediately contacted them a few days after we closed on our house. Brad met with my wife and I at our home to hear what we were looking for. We were then invited to their Heathrow location where he showed us many pool ideas, pool surfaces, features etc. It was such a easy relaxed experience. A week later Brad had a full computer rendering of what our ideas would look like in our backyard. AMAZING!! This pictures shows the finale outcome and I can’t express how delighted we are. They have a fantastic follow up process to make sure we were happy with everything. Thank you so much “Pools By Bradley” for your professionalism and care that you put into this project!!

Pools By Bradley built our pool a few years ago and I can tell you we have people stop and admire it for it's uniqueness and how well it fits in our landscape. We have lived in our home for a little more than 20 years so building a pool that would compliment our home and who we are was key. Pools By Bradley not only did just that but did it in a way that makes us not want to leave our backyard.

We were so very pleased with the work performed by Pools by Bradley. Everything from their great showroom with all kinds of options to look at to their on-site expertise and willingness to work through any last minutes changes was a wonderful experience. Nearly 4 years after the pool area is complete, they still answer questions and offer support. I would highly recommend this company!

Overall, I am very happy with my pool and water feature. The design is great and I feel like I have my own private oasis. The project took much longer than expected due to pavers not being ordered timely and then they did not order enough pavers so that was unexpected and stressful. We had an issue with drainage and Pools by Bradley did have that corrected. I do feel that someone dropped the ball because this 10-12 week project turned into almost 6 months to completion, but I am very happy with the finished product.

Excellent pool builder. Ron the designer listened to our ideas and delivered a beautiful pool that we really enjoy. Megan addressed our construction concerns and followed up immediately. Highly recommend Pools by Bradley as their quality and attention to detail is fantastic!

Awesome experience overall from start to finish. Was extremely pleased with the design and construction. They turned my very small and boring back yard into a place that I can't wait to come home to everyday. I highly recommend Pools By Bradley
