Potter Built Construction was founded in 2004 with a mission to be a full-service luxury home remodeling company, based on close working partnerships with all clients to ensure their vision comes to life with superior quality and accountability. After decades of working on Wall Street, Paul and his wife Margaret identified an opportunity in the construction market, after several frustrating experiences remodeling their own home in New Canaan, CT. Believing that designing your dream home should be an exciting, detail oriented, and transparent endeavor, they embarked on founding a company committed to excellent client experience and increasing long-term home value. No project is too large or too small, with services ranging from: •Large design build projects such as additions, garages, and stand-alone buildings •Medium projects like kitchen & bath renovations, and attic/basement space conversions •Small home improvements & repairs that are on every home owner’s to do list Since 2004, we have built a team comprised of fully licensed and insured Master Carpenters and trade experts with decades of experience and knowledge. Having ‘seen it all’, the team is able to give expert recommendations, problem solve to meet clients’ goals, and ultimately deliver best in class results. All clients work directly with Paul – from the first meeting to discuss vision and concept, to project status updates, and ultimately project completion to ensure all expectations are met, if not exceeded!
