QMA Architects is a husband and wife design firm consisting of Todd Miller and Jeannette Quon. Both are NJ Licensed Architects and have been practicing their profession for over 40 years. Todd is also a PA Licensed Architect Some people describe us as a “boutique” or a “bespoke” design firm. Though we believe this description is correct we are not “hoity toity” in our approach and understand that our role as architects is to listen to you, our clients. Our goal is to transform your dreams, visions and ambitions into the creation of unique home just for you. We do this in a manner that is both efficient and cost-effective while being functional and beautiful. We firmly believe that quality design does not have to cost more to build. Since 1991, QMA has been providing the finest in award-winning architectural design services throughout the Southern Jersey Shore. We were referred to QMA Architects by our good friends who had just built an entirely new house with them. Ours was a smaller renovation project, so we were initially concerned that they might not be as interested in the project. We were wrong - Todd Miller and his team were wonderful, responsive and creative throughout the process. They took time to develop concepts and designs that reflected our goals/objectives with their experienced input. We cannot be more happy with the final results, and would unqualifiedly recommend them for any construction project.

Todd is a talented architect with many practical and creative suggestions whether using him to design a new home or renovation. He is familiar with the area laws and permits and also offers services during your project to oversee that all steps expected are fulfilled. Working with Todd and Janette was a completely positive experience. We interviewed other architects, but Todd was clearly the best listener. He was very encouraging of us to share our ideas and vision, and asked great questions, those things that we didn't know we didn't know! His timetable for designs and preliminary plans was always delivered when we were told they would be, and was always enthusiastic and patient with us at the various meetings.

QMA did the MOST amazing job designing our home in Margate. We gave Todd some ideas regarding what we liked & his design exceeded our expectations by about 1000%. We are designing our home at the Jersey Shore in Ventnor City NJ. We have been working on building our dream house with Todd & Jeanette. It has been a wonderful experience. We met Todd about 8 months ago as we were interviewing for the best architect to work with. Not only was a great design important to us but someone we could work with comfortably. QMA has designed a beautiful house for us. We are in the final stages of design and construction. We built our first home at the beach several years ago. Our builder showed us a rendition of the completed home and we fell in love with it. The next step was to meet the architect Todd Miller, owner of QMA. We were not disappointed. We met at his office and discussed all our options and possible changes. Nothing was too much to ask of Todd. His goal was to make our house a home we would cherish for many years. We made only a few changes in the plan and Todd was understanding and was happy to adjust some of the plans. His professionalism and knowledge was extraordinary. Many of our friends have asked us if would we make any changes to our home after it was built. We said it wasn't necessary as Todd made our dream home a reality.

I am starting a first-floor renovation of my Marven Gardens historic home. The project will include creating a larger kitchen and bathroom and adding a laundry room. Todd and I immediately bonded over our mutual respect for maintaining the physical appearance and original design intent of my 1925 built home. Todd was able to translate my musts and wants to a very usable 21st century layout while maintaining a 1925 vibe. I strongly recommend Todd for your future design needs!

It was such a pleasure to work with you and Jim on the renovation of your shore home. Updating a 1970's era modern home without changes to the building envelop was certainly a challenge to design. Working closely with you and your builder, I think that we were able to live up to that challenge. We can't wait to see the house once the landscaping has been completed.

Todd is a talented and experienced architect. We hired him for an unusual project (a pocket park for out town) which required two planning board hearings and he was excellently prepared. We are very satisfied with the final blueprints and are now in active Construction.
