From my first contact, James Walton, owner of Reliable Remodeling was a true professional. I put him off while reviewing several other potential contractors, but he faithfully continued to touch base and when I finally met with him, I decided he was probably the one. After getting his quote and reviewing and making minor changes, we proceeded. He always showed up when he said he'd be there and kept me informed every day on progress. He constantly checked up on the daily progress and my satisfaction with the work. When a delay in the delivery of the vanity arose (sourced seperately and not his responsibility) which caused a temporary halt to work, he worked with us to accomplish any tasks that could be done so we lost as little time as possible. He delivered a great project on budget, with no hassle, and we are completey thrilled with the experience of working with Reliable Remodeling.

Reliable Remodeling recently completed my new tile shower. It is gorgeous & they did an outstanding job. Mr. Walton hires the best of the best in each specialty; carpentry, plumbing, painting & tiling. Each one of the guys was on time, professional & a master at their craft. Great quality work! I would highly recommend them for any job.

This company has done several home renovations for me over the last decade. They have always done an excellent job. They provide a very detailed job description, are always on time, and the contractors are very efficient and helpful if I have any questions. Most recently, they replaced some boards on my deck that needed to be replaced and painted and weather proofed the deck.

Reliable Remodeling performed remodeling on the guest bath and the kitchen in my home. All workmen who came into my home were friendly and left my home only after cleaning up after themselves. You can rely on James Walton to follow through on each project and if something is not to your liking he will work until you are happy. You can trust James to do what he says and he is quick to respond to your phone calls, which was very important to me.

James and his team are fabulous! He is working with us on our kitchen update and was able to work within our budget. He uses the program Buildertrend so we know what the schedule will be and who will be working at our home. He is meticulous in details and we can't wait to see the finished product. Our project will require updates on cabinets, plumbing, electrical, flooring, walls and ceiling.

Multiple remodeling/repair jobs performed. The master bathroom was remodeled including new tiled shower, new cabinets and new commode. Existing tub was retained, but framed with matching tile and wood front. Three chandeliers were installed; one in the foyer, one in the powder room and one in the master bath. A rotted chimney was repaired as was a roof leak. The deck was stained and new doors were added to a screen room and terrace level. A new water heater was installed. Rooms were painted. My husband and I both work and traveled frequently throughout the renovation. I felt comfortable leaving my home. All of the workers were courteous and professional.
