We are extremely pleased with the outcome of our project and with the relationship with H&H. We've done two large projects with them and would not hesitate to contact them again nor too recommend them most highly. They are very well organized and treated us a partners in these complicated jobs. They listen well and are detail oriented based on the depth of their experience corporately as well as individually. We liked the transparency and the conversations about options, including the consequences and trade-offs in our choices. Craftsmanship is excellent - I can't imagine searching for, vetting, and managing individual designers, framers, drywallers, plumbers, electricians, painters, tile-setters, administrators, etc., myself. They do it all. They also followed up on each of the minor deficiencies that naturally don't show up until later. We just really liked them all and love our new spaces.

We can't say enough good things about our new kitchen. From the design (top notch) all the way to the finished product, Hearth & Home delivered and exceed our expectations. Project was delivered on time, and they were very helpful and thoughtful talking us through the entire project (especially at that point where your old kitchen is gone, your looking at the studs, and realize you're at the point of no return) :) We'd not only recommend them to anyone, we look forward to calling them for our next renovation project.

Kitchen skylights with exposed roof trusses

Our main design objectives were to increase the amount of natural light in our North/South facing bungalow and add architectural interest to the bland and expansive ceiling. Hearth & Home Renovation delivered on both. The addition of four Velux skylights with exposed roof trusses in the kitchen, has created a bright and dramatic design feature in our home. From the morning light streaming in, to the oohs and ahhs of guests when they see the transformation, we are thrilled. Even after a few weeks, the natural light still surprises us in the most delightful way. Hearth & Home provided valuable recommendations and expertise, and their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Thank you Hearth & Home for not only executing, but enhancing our vision of the space.

From start to finish Renovations by Heather and Home have been wonderful to work with. We did a major renovation on our kitchen and the results are awesome. They took the time to listen to what we wanted and created the design with us in mind. There was open communication throughout the project so we always knew what was happening. They came in on time and on budget and we got the kitchen of our dreams. The whole team was great and Tim, Damian and Dana made us feel like we were their most important project. Renovations by Hearth and Home were the first ones we called for our kitchen Reno because we loved our experience with them 5 years ago, when they did a major project in our living room (fireplace and built in cabinets). We really enjoy working with Tim Snow (renovation manager) and Dana George (lead designer) to help us dream and plan for our new kitchen. The team did a great job respecting the Covid19 restrictions and coordinating their installers to minimize everyone’s risk. We love our new kitchen. Tim and Dana continue to be available to us. One thing we really appreciate about Renovations by Hearth and Home is that they guarantee their work and ensure that we are happy with the results.

We worked with Tim Snow and his team at Renovations by Hearth and Home on several smaller projects before we decided to undertake a major remodeling of our home. We decided to work with Renovations by Hearth and Home because we trust them, and they did great work for us in the past. From the onset, Tim and his team were very easy to work with. We truly felt that their goal was our satisfaction in all areas of the project. We had a good idea of what we wanted, but this remodel really kicked into gear with ideas from Tim as well as Dana George, who had so many wonderful interior design ideas. When it came time to do the work, the trades were all very professional and respected our home. The communication throughout was excellent - we never had to worry about getting a call back, or a question answered. Even when we wanted to make a last minute change on something we had already signed off on, Tim and his team were incredibly understanding and accommodating. Great communication and service are obviously important, but we also can't stress the quality of the workmanship we received. We wanted a high quality job, and these folks delivered in spades. We're pretty picky, and when we went though the final walk through, it was hard to find anything that wasn't perfect. What a dream team - the nicest people, amazing service, and a professional job throughout. We couldn't be happier and will definitely work with them again. Jeff and Paula Evans

We had heard horror stories of renovators, from taking deposits and not coming back to taking deposits and ripping the house apart and then leaving. We were very careful in hiring Hearth and Home. Their references were good. They performed above expectations, very good at communication and using online tools. Very clean and friendly. We were not at home for most of the work and felt very comfortable leaving them on their own. They were not the cheapest but i would say they were the best.

Hearth & Home Renovations were AMAZING!!! From beautiful design with Dana to excellent execution by Tim and the team, we couldn't be happier with our beautiful new space. They worked with us and guided us to creating something so much more than we originally imagined. And the process (while they did our whole main floor and upstairs main bathroom) felt seamless as the team was so respectful of our living space and us being there.
